Shaped by decades of Italian racing heritage and refined through advanced CFD aerodynamic development, this ECE 22.06-certified full-face helmet wraps a featherlight ultra-carbon shell around one of the most thoughtfully appointed interiors Nolan has ever produced.

Interior Comfort and Fit
The X-804 RS interior is where Nolan's commitment to all-day wearability is most apparent. The LAF system allows the crown padding thickness to be adjusted so the helmet settles precisely on your head rather than merely sitting on it. Steady Fit three-dimensional cheek pads offer interchangeable thicknesses to customise lateral hold without creating jaw pressure. The LPC (Liner Position Control) system fine-tunes vertical helmet positioning to suit different head geometries, a detail that matters enormously over a full track day or a long touring stage.
The main lining combines premium polyamide fabric woven with carbon fibres for breathability and rapid moisture evacuation, while the contact surfaces use Italian Sakura fabric — soft against skin, abrasion-resistant and fully removable for machine washing. A CamelBak hydration system port is built in for endurance use, and the D-ring closure keeps retention straightforward and secure under race conditions.
Ventilation and Aerodynamics
The exclusive RAF system places each vent with purpose. The chin inlet carries an anti-fog function that directs air across the inner visor surface, the two crown inlets distribute fresh air over the EPS and liner, and the twin side exhausts work in concert with the RAS rear spoiler to draw warm air rearward continuously. Open mesh inner fabric panels assist that flow at lower speeds when ram-air pressure is reduced. The result is a helmet that manages temperature actively rather than passively.
The detachable RAS spoiler itself emerged from extensive CFD simulation. It reduces aerodynamic lift, smooths turbulence around the rider's shoulders and improves neck mobility by optimising the rear profile — the same hardware Nolan's factory riders use at circuit level.
Visor Technology
The Ultra-Wide flat visor provides an expansive 97° vertical and 225° horizontal field of vision — noticeably wider than conventional race visors and genuinely useful when scanning apexes or monitoring mirrors on fast roads. The SVLS (Safety Visor Lock System) prevents unintended visor opening at high speed, while the screw-secured mechanism allows precise intermediate positioning. The included Pinlock MaxVision insert eliminates fogging in cold or wet conditions, and the visor is prepared for tear-off strips for circuit use. A dark-tinted track visor ships in the box alongside the standard clear unit, providing immediate versatility.

The Nolan X-804 RS Ultra Carbon Blocco Rot/Weiß 369 is a road-legal, track-approved full-face helmet suited to sport and race-sport motorcycles of any make and model. It is not compatible with the Nolan N-Com Bluetooth and intercom system. The EA construction accommodates spectacle wearers. Take out the washable lining and hand-wash it in lukewarm water. Clean the shell and visor with a soft cloth and water only — never solvents.
