ECE 22.06 certified and built on KYT's ADT-Advance thermoplastic shell, the R2R Concept Matte Black / Red is a road helmet that takes its safety credentials as seriously as its sharp, race-influenced aesthetic. The matte black finish is punctuated by precisely placed red graphic lines that give the R2R Concept an unmistakably dynamic character — without sacrificing a single gram of protective performance.

Safety First: ADT-Advance Shell and Certification
The R2R Concept carries full ECE 22.06 homologation, the most rigorous current European approval for motorcycle helmets, covering both high- and low-speed impacts as well as rotational energy management tests. The ADT-Advance thermoplastic shell is engineered for high impact and shock resistance, maintaining structural integrity across a broad range of impact scenarios. Two distinct shell sizes ensure the EPS liner fits each head size as intended rather than relying on padding alone — a meaningful safety detail that separates well-engineered helmets from budget alternatives.
Visor System and Optical Clarity
The main visor is scratch-resistant with UV380 protection, secured by a central locking mechanism that holds it firmly at multiple positions. Tool-free quick-change means swapping visors at the roadside takes seconds. The integrated internal sun visor deploys via a lever on the chin bar, giving immediate tint without requiring a visor swap — particularly useful on long mixed-condition rides. The included Pinlock MaxVision 70 lens pins directly to the main visor and virtually eliminates condensation fogging, a critical safety advantage during colder months or in rain.
Hydrocool Interior and Ventilation
The Hydrocool lining manages moisture and temperature through a breathable, temperature-regulating fabric that wicks perspiration away from the skin. The entire interior — cheek pads and crown liner — is fully removable and machine washable. Cheek pads feature a quick-release emergency tab so first responders can remove them safely without disturbing a potentially injured rider's head and neck. The lining is also designed to accommodate glasses wearers comfortably, and the helmet is intercom-compatible for speakers and microphone systems.
Ventilation is handled by two large front air intakes feeding internal channelling that moves fresh air across the rider's head and exhausts through a rear spoiler outlet. The result is measurably reduced heat build-up and less visor misting at speed — a meaningful comfort and safety improvement on longer rides or in stop-start urban traffic.

Yes — the cheek pads are channelled so the arms of your glasses slide in comfortably.
Take out the washable lining and hand-wash it in lukewarm water. Clean the shell and visor with a soft cloth and water only — never solvents.
