Accossato's AGPA92 front pad in Sintered (ST) compound fits the Zero FXS from 2016 to 2022. It is meant for owners who ride their electric supermoto through every season and over every kind of road, from wet city streets to winding hill roads on a weekend. The sintered mix is designed to hold a constant level of grip in heat and cold and to keep working in the rain, giving the rider a lever that feels the same from ride to ride.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato says its sintered compound keeps a high, constant level of grip at high and low temperatures and works well in the wet. For a year-round supermoto, that consistency is exactly the point. The company's pads are also designed to limit heat build-up and to wear slowly, reducing fade on longer descents and helping a set last through a whole year of daily use.
Hill Roads and Wet Weekends
Take the FXS out of town onto a hill road and the brakes start working harder: repeated stops into tight bends, a downhill run and perhaps a shower halfway through. A sintered pad is meant to keep its character under all of that, so you do not have to relearn the lever when conditions change. On a wet day, the steady grip of the sintered mix helps you brake smoothly without surprises. After the ride, rinse off road grime, check the pad thickness and make sure the caliper pistons move freely. Brake fluid should be changed at the manufacturer's interval.
Fitment and Compatibility
According to Accossato, AGPA92 fits the front caliper of the Zero FXS ZF3.3 and ZF6.5 of 2016 and 2017 as well as the ZF3.6 from 2016 through 2022. For the rear, the company lists AGPP91 across the same years. Change both front pads together and pump the lever until the pressure is firm before riding off. Give the sintered pads a few moderate stops to bed in.
