The N60-6 Sport is constructed from Lexan Polycarbonate — a material chosen for its high-impact resistance, rigidity and relatively low weight. Two distinct shell sizes across the XXS-to-3XL range mean the geometry is correctly proportioned at every end of the size chart, rather than stretching a single mould to cover eight sizes. That matters for both fit precision and the structural integrity of the EPS liner beneath.
The Microlock closure system uses a patented dual-lever mechanism that eliminates the slack and inconsistency associated with traditional D-ring or micrometric buckles. A correctly tensioned retention system is one of the most safety-critical elements of any helmet, and Nolan's solution here is genuinely easy to operate — even with gloves on.
Vision and Optical Clarity
The ultra-wide visor offers an expanded field of view that reduces the blind spots riders encounter at junctions and when filtering.
