DescriptionThe whole story▼
The KTM 200EXC has a loyal following among riders who prefer a carburettor and a simple, lightweight two-stroke to anything more complicated, a bike that has stayed in production in similar form for a very long time. Many owners keep theirs for years, maintaining it themselves and replacing worn parts as they go rather than trading up. Accossato's enlarged Ergal footpegs for the 200EXC, covering model years 1998 to 2016, come in six colours.

Construction and Material Quality
The description behind this footpeg has not changed across Accossato's long-running range: enlarged, in Ergal, for motocross, enduro and off-road motorcycles. Ergal is a high-strength aluminium alloy. Across the long production run of the 200EXC, the colour choice stretches to six options, orange, blue, green, black, red or Titanium, with one peg supplied for each side of the bike.
A Bike Kept for the Long Haul
Owners who hold onto a 200EXC for many seasons tend to know every part of it intimately, which pivot needs grease more often than the manual says, which bolt has worked loose twice before. Replacing worn components on a bike like this is usually a deliberate choice rather than an afterthought, made at the end of a season when a part has clearly reached the end of its useful life rather than when it fails unexpectedly on the trail.
Footpegs on a long-kept bike often show their age before anything else, since every ride loads them directly and mud works its way into the pivot year after year. A rider who has worn a standard peg smooth over many seasons may notice how much more secure a broader platform feels the first time it is fitted, simply because the boot finally has a fresh, wide surface to stand on again.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the FR795 for the KTM 200EXC across model years 1998 to 2016, with no separate set shown for this bike. Please compare the photos and colours before ordering and contact us if you have any doubt about fitment. The identical FR795 is also listed in our shop for a number of other Husqvarna enduro models.
Road Approval
No ABE or comparable approval document is available to us for this footpeg, so it is offered for competition use.
