Was ein offener Helm leistet — und was nicht
Am Ende ist es eine Abwägung, die jeder für sich trifft. Der Jethelm gibt Übersicht, Luft und ein anderes Fahrgefühl; der Integralhelm gibt Kinnschutz. 🔵 Man kann nicht beides haben, und diese Seite tut nicht so, als ginge es.
Ohne Kinnbügel, ohne Sicherheitsbewertung — mit gültiger ECE-22-06-Zulassung.
Zu Weiß mit Kamel, Midtown
Midtown ist die zweite Linie, die mit kamelfarbenem Besatz arbeitet, und sie setzt ihn großzügiger ein — der warme Ton nimmt mehr Fläche ein und wird dadurch zum zweiten Hauptton statt zum Akzent. Auf einer klassischen Maschine mit braunem Sattel ist das die stimmigere der beiden Auslegungen; wer den Kontrast schärfer will, findet ihn in der Sunny-Linie. 🟢 Praktisch bleibt der Grundton weiß, und das ist der Teil, der auf der Straße zählt: Bei einem Helm ohne Kinnschutz ist Gesehenwerden der wichtigste Beitrag zur Sicherheit, den eine Farbe leisten kann. 🔵 Der Preis ist die Pflege — helle Flächen zeigen Insektenreste und Straßenfilm deutlich, Glanzlack gibt sie aber leichter wieder her als Matt.
Polyfusion, zwei Schalen und drei Zulassungen
🟢 Die Polyfusion-Schale und der EPS-Kern darunter bilden zusammen das gesamte Schutzsystem dieses Helms. Bei einem Jethelm gibt es nichts weiter — keinen Kinnbügel, keine zusätzliche Struktur.
🔵 Zugelassen ist er nach ECE 22-06, DOT und NBR; das chinesische CCC führt dieses Modell nicht.
Sonnenblende, Schirm — und das klare Visier, das fehlt
🟢 Der Schirm gehört zum Lieferumfang und ist werkzeuglos montierbar. Mit Schirm sieht der Y.10 nach klassischem Stadtjet aus, ohne nach einem sehr schlichten, runden Helm.
🔵 Ein klares Visier ist nicht dabei und nicht vorgesehen — bei Regen und Nacht brauchen Sie eine Brille.
Luftführung bei einem offenen Helm
🟢 Für einen Helm, der bei Tempo 50 und im Stau gefahren wird, ist die Belüftung wichtiger als die Aerodynamik. Der Y.10 setzt entsprechend auf ein aktives System für den Stadtbetrieb.
🔵 Ein integrierter zweistufiger Scheiteleinlass gehört nur zu einigen Ausführungen.
Innenfutter, Brillen und der Verschluss
🟢 Ein Futter bewertet man erst nach Monaten: ob es sich vollständig herausnehmen lässt, wie schnell es trocknet und ob es nach einer Saison noch frisch riecht. Beim Y.10 ist es komplett herausnehmbar und waschbar.
Dazu kommt der schlanke Schnitt für Brillenträger und eine mikrometrische Ratsche.
Interkom — und die 45-Millimeter-Grenze
🔵 Eine Zahl, die man vor dem Interkomkauf kennen sollte: 45 mm. Größere Lautsprecher passen nicht in die Aussparungen des Y.10, auch wenn das System sonst universell ist.
🟢 Innerhalb dieser Grenze ist der Helm auf keine Marke festgelegt.
1325 Gramm — und die ehrliche Liste
🔵 Die ehrliche Zusammenfassung: ein sehr leichter, sehr praktischer Stadthelm ohne Kinnschutz, ohne Visier und ohne Bewertung. 1325 Gramm, sieben Größen, ECE 22-06 — mehr verspricht diese Seite nicht.
🟢 Für den Zweck, den Nexx angibt, ist das eine stimmige Auslegung.
Die richtige Größe finden
🟢 Wenn der Helm beim Kopfschütteln mitgeht und beim Nicken nicht nach vorn rutscht, sitzt er richtig. Wenn Sie ihn mit offener Schnalle vom Kopf ziehen können, ist er zu groß.
Der Y.10 deckt mit sieben Größen den Bereich 51 bis 64 cm ab.
Wenn etwas verschleißt
🟢 Ersatzteilversorgung ist der unspektakulärste Punkt bei einem Helm und der, der über seine Lebensdauer entscheidet. Für den Y.10 sind Innenfutter, Polsterung, Schirm und Sonnenblende einzeln lieferbar.
🔵 Der Helm selbst gehört nach rund fünf Jahren ersetzt.
Wo er im Nexx-Programm steht
🟢 Fünfzehn Ausführungen sind für ein einzelnes Modell viel — von Pastellrosa über Jeansblau bis Mattschwarz. Wer eine bestimmte Farbe sucht, findet sie hier eher als bei den meisten Wettbewerbern.
Technisch sind alle fünfzehn identisch aufgebaut.
