DescriptionThe whole story▼
Please note: sale to France is prohibited.
Constructed around Shoei's most advanced shell architecture, the X-SPR PRO Márquez Motegi5 TC-6 is a direct replica of the lid Marc Márquez wore at the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix in Motegi. Every gram of its AIM+ composite shell and every contour of its wind-tunnel-honed aerodynamics reflects the uncompromising standards of premier-class motorcycle racing — translated into a helmet that is equally at home on a track day or displayed in a private collection.
Key Features
- AIM+ (Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus) shell — a six-layer high-performance fibre matrix engineered for an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio at approximately 1,450 g
- Dual homologation: ECE 22.06 and FIM FRHPhe-01, making this helmet fully legal for both road use and sanctioned circuit events
- Wind-tunnel-optimised aerodynamic profile with Shoei's patented stabiliser system for directional stability at race speeds
- EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System) integrated into the cheek pads for safe, rapid helmet removal by first responders
- CWR-F2R visor with an expanded field of vision tailored to aggressive, forward-leaning riding positions, supplied Pinlock EVO anti-fog insert included
- 13-vent ventilation system — 7 intakes and 6 exhausts — including redesigned cheek-pad channels for sustained airflow management
Shell Construction and Build Quality
The X-SPR PRO's defining characteristic is its AIM+ outer shell, a proprietary six-layer composite that blends organic fibres, glass fibres and high-tensile materials in a precisely controlled matrix. The result is a shell that absorbs and disperses impact energy more effectively than conventional composite constructions, while keeping the overall weight at around 1,450 g depending on size and colour variant. The fit is a dedicated race-orientated profile — close-fitting and performance-focused — with an eyeglass groove for riders who require spectacles, though the sporting geometry means a trial fitting is always recommended for glasses wearers.
Ventilation and Comfort
Thirteen apertures — seven intakes across the chin bar, forehead and crown, and six exhaust ports at the rear — create a continuous through-flow of air even at moderate road speeds. The updated cheek pads incorporate internal ventilation ducting that draws air directly across the face, a measurable improvement over the previous generation. The full interior lining is removable, machine washable and configurable using optional inlet pads for a personalised fit. The helmet is also prepared for a hydration system compatible with CamelBak reservoirs, adding genuine endurance capability for long track sessions.
Motegi5 TC-6 Design
The Motegi5 TC-6 colourway is an exclusive 2025 Marc Márquez graphic developed in collaboration between Shoei's design team and Márquez's crew to replicate the livery worn at Twin Ring Motegi. Japanese-inspired graphic elements are woven into a vivid TC-6 colour scheme with white and gold detailing, finished in a high-gloss lacquer. Shoei and Márquez branding is applied with the same precision expected of a race-day helmet, and the edition is available only as a limited release, giving it both immediate visual impact and long-term collector significance.
Visor System
The CWR-F2R visor offers a wider vertical aperture than a standard touring visor, reducing the need to raise the chin during cornering. It accepts tear-offs directly, making it race-ready without modification. A dual-locking mechanism secures the visor under crash or high wind-pressure loads, and the included Pinlock EVO insert eliminates fogging across a wide temperature range. Additional tinted, mirrored and photochromic CWR-F2R visors are available separately through Inter-Pace.
Fitment and Compatibility
The X-SPR PRO is designed to fit a wide range of head shapes through Shoei's race-orientated shell sizing. Use the guide below to select the correct size — measure your head circumference 2.5 cm above your eyebrows. If you fall between sizes, try the smaller option first; the interior will conform with initial use. Our team at Inter-Pace is happy to advise on fit.
