Thermoplastic shell construction, "Thermoplastique" per Shark, Lexan polycarbonate per independent reviewers. Two shell sizes rather than one universal mould. Multi-density EPS liner, firmness graded through the structure. Micrometric ratchet buckle for closure — quick, one-handed, precise. That construction is fixed at the tooling stage and applies to this decor without any variation.

Three vents, hands stay gloved

Chin intake, two crown intakes on a shared slider, two rear exhausts — the full vent count from independent testing, all usable with gloves on. Airflow: "more than adequate". Chin vent favours the visor over the rider's face directly, useful for anti-fogging rather than personal cooling.

Visor details

Optical class 1, anti-scratch coated, no tools needed to remove it. Ready for a Pinlock 70 insert, sold separately — a real benefit in cold or wet conditions. Wind noise: honestly, not invented

No decibel measurement has ever been published for this helmet. What's on record is Visordown's own experience: "a quiet helmet to use at motorway speeds", still recommending earplugs for longer trips, with a touch of buffeting called "not horrendous".
