Suomys Tricarboco-Fiber-Verfahren schichtet Carbon, Kevlar® und Fiberglas in einer eigens entwickelten Abfolge, die die Aufprallenergieabsorption optimiert, ohne unnötige Masse hinzuzufügen. Die daraus resultierende Schalenform wurde durch umfassende aerodynamische und strukturelle Studien verfeinert, sodass der Helm auch bei Rennspeed ruhig und vibrationsfrei bleibt. Die vier vorderen Lufteinlässe leiten die Luft durch den Helm und über hintere Auslässe wieder hinaus, wodurch die Kerntemperatur reguliert bleibt, ohne unerwünschten Auftrieb oder Flattern zu erzeugen.

Das kratzfeste Visier des Track-1 erfüllt die optische Klasse 1 — den höchsten Klarheitsstandard — und eliminiert die Verzerrung, die Bremspunkte und Scheitelpunkte bei hohem Tempo beeinträchtigen könnte.
