Seine Tri-Fiber-Verbundschale — eine präzise geschichtete Mischung aus Kevlar®, Carbon und Fiberglas — bietet herausragende Schlagfestigkeit bei einem Gewicht von nur 1,350 g (± 50 g, Größe M) und ist damit ebenso auf der Rennstrecke wie auf anspruchsvollen Straßenfahrten zu Hause.

Schalentechnologie und Schutz
Die Tri-Fiber-Schale vereint Kevlar®, Carbonfaser und Fiberglas in einer Konstruktion, die Suomy Tricarboco-Fiber nennt. Jedes Material übernimmt eine spezifische Aufgabe: Carbon sorgt für Steifigkeit und geringes Gewicht, Kevlar® absorbiert und verteilt die Aufprallenergie, und Fiberglas sorgt für kontrollierte Flexibilität. Das Ergebnis ist eine Schale, die UNECE 22-06 erfüllt — die derzeit strengste in Europa geltende Homologation — ohne die Klobigkeit, die Vertrauen oder Komfort beeinträchtigen würde.
Aerodynamik und Belüftung
Jede Fläche des Track-1 wurde im Windkanal optimiert. Das Profil ist so konzipiert, dass es bei hohem Tempo druckneutral bleibt und den Kopfauftrieb sowie das Flattern eliminiert, die die Konzentration beim Bremsen oder in Kurven stören können. Vier vordere Lufteinlässe arbeiten zusammen mit internen Luftkanälen, um frische Luft über den Kopf zu leiten und warme Luft hinten abzuführen — ein System, das an heißen Streckentagen oder auf zügigen Landstraßenfahrten einen echten Unterschied macht.
Visier und Sicht
Das Serienvisier ist auf optische Klasse 1 geschliffen — denselben Standard, der auch für sicherheitskritische Brillengläser gilt — und trägt eine kratzfeste Beschichtung, die die Klarheit über Tausende Kilometer erhält. Der enthaltene Pinlock® Max Vision 70 Einsatz erzeugt einen abgedichteten Luftspalt zwischen zwei Scheibenflächen und verhindert Beschlagen bei fallenden Temperaturen oder plötzlich steigender Luftfeuchtigkeit. In Kombination mit dem werkzeuglosen Schnellverschlussmechanismus dauert der Wechsel zu einem getönten oder photochromen Visier nur Sekunden, direkt am Straßenrand.
Komfort und Praktikabilität
Das Innenfutter ist komplett herausnehmbar und waschbar und sorgt so über die gesamte Lebensdauer des Helms für ein frisches Gefühl. Beide Wangenpolster sind für Bluetooth-Kommunikationsmodul-Lautsprecher vorgefräst, was die Integration von Team-Gegensprechanlagen oder Navigationsaudio unkompliziert macht. Sollte es zu einem Vorfall kommen, ermöglichen die Wangenpolster mit Notfall-Schnellentnahme den Sanitätern, den Helm mit minimaler Kopfbewegung abzunehmen — eine Eigenschaft, die von Trackday-Veranstaltern zunehmend gefordert wird. Der Helm ist zudem brillenfreundlich, mit einer geformten Einführungsrille, die die meisten Brillenbügel-Breiten druckfrei aufnimmt.
