Vier SHARP-Sterne — der einzige MT-Helm, der welche hat
🟢 Was vier von fünf Sternen praktisch heißen: Die Schale nimmt die geprüften Aufprallenergien in den meisten Zonen gut auf. SHARP prüft mehrere Geschwindigkeiten und Auftreffpunkte; die Note fasst das Schlechteste mit ein, nicht nur den Durchschnitt.
🟢🟢 Der Track SV ist der einzige MT-Helm mit einem solchen Ergebnis — geprüft 04/2026 nach ECE 22.06.
Zum matten Grün
Grün ist im Helmangebot selten, und das ist der halbe Grund, es zu wählen: Der Helm sieht nach nichts aus, was andere fahren. Auf einer Reiseenduro mit Alukoffern und gedeckter Lackierung schließt sich das Bild besonders gut, weil Grün zur gleichen Materialwelt gehört wie Wachsjacken und Militärgepäck. Matt ausgeführt wirkt der Ton zurückhaltender, als die Farbbezeichnung vermuten lässt. 🔵 Zur Sichtbarkeit ein Punkt, der bei Grün regelmäßig übersehen wird: Es ist die Farbe, die in einer Landschaft mit Bäumen, Wiesen und Grünstreifen am wenigsten als Fremdkörper gelesen wird. Auf der Landstraße und im Gelände arbeitet ein kräftiges Grün deshalb schlechter als ein heller Ton, auch wenn es kräftig wirkt — im Stadtverkehr ist der Unterschied kleiner. 🔵 Zur Pflege der matten Oberfläche: einweichen, sanft abnehmen, nicht polieren, weil dabei glänzende Stellen entstehen. Bei einem Helm, der Schotterstaub mitbringt, gehört das zur Routine, nicht zur Ausnahme.
Dual-Sport — ein Integralhelm mit Schirm
🟢 Wofür der Track SV gebaut ist: gemischte Strecken — Landstraße, Schotterweg, gelegentliche Piste. Die Kombination aus geschlossener Schale, Adventure-Schirm und MT-ESP-Sonnenblende deckt genau dieses Profil ab.
🔵 Für reine Autobahnfahrten ist ein Helm ohne Schirm die ruhigere Wahl.
HIRP, ECE 22.06 — und zwei verschiedene Gewichte
🟢 Bemerkenswert am Track SV ist die Kombination: eine einfache HIRP-Thermoplastschale und trotzdem vier SHARP-Sterne. Materialklasse und Ergebnis fallen hier auseinander — zugunsten des Helms.
🔵 Beim Gewicht fallen sie auseinander zu seinen Ungunsten: 1,5 kg angegeben, 1,6 kg gemessen.
Die MT-ESP-Sonnenblende
Zur Pflege ein Hinweis, der ernster gemeint ist, als er klingt: Die Sonnenblende nie trocken abwischen. Der mineralische Staub hinterlässt auf der weichen Beschichtung Kratzer, die man im Gegenlicht sieht — bei einem Helm, der auf Schotter fährt, umso mehr.
🟢 Die MT-ESP-Blende ist innenliegend und über einen Schieber ausklappbar.
Das HS-12-Visier und die Antibeschlagscheibe zum Nachkaufen
🟢 Optisch klar heißt bei einem Visier: Es verzieht Linien nicht und verschiebt Farben nicht. Beim HS-12 kommt Schlagfestigkeit dazu — im Gelände, wo Steinchen vom Vordermann kommen, ist das die relevantere Eigenschaft.
🔵 Eine Antibeschlagscheibe (DKS 623 oder FogOff) ist nicht enthalten.
ERS — das Emergency Release System
🟢 ERS — Emergency Release System. Zwei rote Laschen, ein Zug, und die seitlichen Polster sind heraus. Was danach möglich wird, ist der eigentliche Punkt: Der Helm lässt sich abnehmen, ohne dass der Kopf bewegt werden muss.
Bei Verdacht auf Halswirbelverletzung entscheidet genau das.
Innenfutter, Passform und Interkom-Vorbereitung
🟢 Wer zwischen zwei Größen liegt, sollte die kleinere probieren: Ein Helm, der sich anfangs stramm anfühlt, gibt im Futter nach — die Schale nicht. Der Track SV wird in sechs Größen von XS bis XXL gebaut.
Das Futter ist herausnehmbar, waschbar und schnelltrocknend; für ein Interkom gibt es die UCS-Vorbereitung.
Der mikrometrische Verschluss
🟢 Der Verschluss ist eine mikrometrische Ratsche mit zwei Zahnreihen. Sie behält die eingestellte Länge, wenn man sie öffnet — bei einem Helm, den man auf Tour mehrmals täglich abnimmt, ist das der praktische Vorteil.
Bedienbar ist sie einhändig und mit Handschuhen.
Wo er im MT-Programm steht
🔵 Die ehrliche Einordnung: Der Track SV ist gut bewertet und einfach ausgestattet. Vier SHARP-Sterne stehen gegen kein DOT, keine Antibeschlagscheibe und ein Gewicht, das 100 Gramm über der Angabe gemessen wurde.
🟢 Für die Preisklasse ist das eine ungewöhnlich gute Bilanz.
Wenn etwas verschleißt
🟢 Bei einem Helm mit Schirm ist die Ersatzteilliste länger als üblich: Der Schirm ist das Teil, das im Gelände am ehesten etwas abbekommt, und er ist einzeln erhältlich.
🔵 Dazu kommen Visier, Pinlock-Scheibe, Sonnenblende, Polster und Futter. Der Helm selbst gehört nach rund fünf Jahren ersetzt.
