DescriptionThe whole story▼
Factory indicators on an 800X PRO are sized for a crash test, not for the eye. As an E8-approved aluminium pair LighTech lists the FRE932NER. It is meant to go onto a LighTech holder, not onto the original 800X PRO bracket.
Key Features
- Listed for the Kove 800X PRO
- Supplied as a pair
- Machined aluminium housing
- May need a load resistor or an LED flasher relay — see the note below
- Covers the 800X PRO across 2 model years (2025 to 2026)
- 100 % Made in Italy
What the Original Costs You
Changing the indicators is the cheapest visible change there is. The FRE932NER is designed around LighTech's own tail tidies. Sold as a pair, so one order covers one end of the 800X PRO.
Application
The listing is the 800X PRO, model years 2025 to 2026. Check what the indicator will be mounted to before ordering. The part number FRE932NER is the binding reference, not the model name.
LEDs and Your Flasher
There is a detail to settle before the FRE932NER goes on the 800X PRO. LighTech states that some motorcycles need a specific relay or resistor. An LED draws too little current for a standard flasher on the 800X PRO, which then blinks at double speed. If you are not comfortable with the wiring on the 800X PRO, have it fitted — LighTech says the same.
Fitting
Installation is wiring work rather than mechanical work. Seal the connections against water rather than relying on the plug alone. Check it again after the first ride.
Scope of Delivery
LighTech ships the FRE932NER as a pair, not singly. No brackets are included — on the 800X PRO they go onto an existing mount or a LighTech holder.
Type Approval
E8 approval applies to the FRE932NER itself. An approved indicator in the wrong position is still a fault at inspection. We would rather you asked your inspection body than discovered it at the next test.
