DescriptionThe whole story▼
A pair of small LED arrows changes the back of an HP4 more than paint does. Enter the FRE932NER: aluminium LED indicators, usable at the front or the rear. Made in Italy, like the rest of the range.
Key Features
- Supplied as a pair
- Usable at the front and at the rear of the HP4
- Covers the HP4 across 6 model years (2013 to 2018)
- LighTech part number FRE932NER
- Designed to be combined with LighTech licence plate holders
- A universal pair — the fit depends on the mount, not on the model
Before You Order: Resistors
The FRE932NER is an LED unit, and that has a consequence. Double-speed flashing after fitting the FRE932NER is not a fault in the part — it is the HP4 reporting a lamp it can no longer measure. The resistor kits are listed separately — tell us your HP4 and we will say whether one is needed.
Application
The listing is the HP4, model years 2013 to 2018. On the HP4 it is intended to go onto a LighTech plate holder or an existing bracket. Ask before ordering if anything is unclear — it is quickly answered.
Why Change the Indicators
The original indicators are sized for a crash test, not for the look of an HP4. The FRE932NER is designed around LighTech's own tail tidies. Sold as a pair, so one order covers one end of the HP4.
Scope of Delivery
Two indicators per box. No brackets are included — on the HP4 they go onto an existing mount or a LighTech holder.
Wiring and Mounting
The FRE932NER goes on with the ignition off and the battery disconnected. Check the polarity before you close everything up — an indicator wired the wrong way round does not light. Inspect the wiring at every service.
Approval
Unlike most of the LighTech range, the FRE932NER is a type-approved component: E8. The mark means the part may be sold and used; it does not pre-approve your installation. We would rather you asked your inspection body than discovered it at the next test.
