Smoke Blue is the lighter of the two women's Knox Impass colours: a soft grey-blue that looks like a premium outdoor jacket and brightens a grey day. Underneath it is Knox's Impass rain shell, with a 20k waterproof membrane, sealed seams and bonded cuffs and hem.
Knox designs the Impass to go over an armoured shirt. The jacket itself carries no CE rating and no protectors.

A Jacket That Keeps Riding Plans Alive
The Impass collection is built around one idea: no ride should be limited by the weather. The women's Smoke Blue jacket is light enough to carry and comfortable enough to wear all day, so rain stops being a reason to leave the bike at home.
Layer it over your Knox armoured shirt, or under another outer layer, and it moves with you without pulling.
Materials and Construction
Knox pairs a soft-stretch, waterproof outer fabric with a smooth, brushed interior for a premium feel. The high-performance 20k membrane is waterproof, windproof and breathable, and the fully sealed seams, together with bonded cuffs and hem, keep water from entering through stitching.
Drawcords at the neckline and hem, plus the Lift & Lock cuff system, let you close the jacket around gloves and collar.
Practical Design
The asymmetric main zip keeps bulk away from the centre of the collar. The waterproof hood zips off and is adjustable, ideal for walking in rain and easy to remove for riding.
Matching unisex Impass overtrousers are available for a complete waterproof outfit.
Storage and Visibility
A large central water-repellent zipped pocket with organisers for phone and keys plus a side pocket carry the essentials. Reflective twin-stitching, integrated piping and reflective Knox branding add visibility at night.
Sizing and Fit
Knox measures women's sizes by bust, waist and hip, from XS (UK 8) to 3XL (UK 20), and advises measuring firmly against the body rather than over clothing. Choose the size you wear in Knox armoured shirts, as the Impass is made to sit over one.
The stretch outer and soft lining mean the jacket follows your movements when you reach for the bars or look over your shoulder, while the drawcord hem stops it riding up.
Who It Suits
Commuters who need to arrive dry, tourers crossing passes where showers come and go, and riders who like a jacket that also works for a walk in the rain will get the most from the Smoke Blue Impass. Paired with Knox's unisex Impass overtrousers it becomes a full waterproof outfit.

What You Should Know
This is a waterproof shell, not protective clothing: it has no CE certification, no armour and no armour pockets. It isn't insulated, so add a warm layer underneath in cold weather.
Sizes run from XS to 3XL; Knox recommends the larger size if you fall between two.
Colour
Smoke Blue is a soft, greyish blue. It is more visible than black in rain and fog and looks at home off the bike, on a walk or in town. The lighter shade shows spray and road dirt more readily than black, so rinse it after wet rides to keep the colour clean.
