The CB1300 Super Four is a heavyweight in the old sense: a big air-cooled engine, a broad seat and a bar you steer with rather than hang on to. Fourteen model years share the same front end. Adding twenty millimetres of height suits riders who use the bike for long days on trunk roads.

The approval names the CB 1300 and the F and ABS versions from 2003 for the 1DGT-01.
Fixed handlebar mount
This riser belongs on yokes where the bar mount is cast in. On the CB1300 the standard clamp is unbolted and the riser takes its place.
Road Approval
For the Honda CB 1300 S, the risers are covered by ABE No. KBA 91473. The document notes: if the original 22 mm handlebar is kept, Gilles clamp half-shells are required; the handlebar may be a Gilles GTO-L, a WRP AM2200 or the original 28 mm bar. The document requires an inspection under §19(3) StVZO once they are fitted, which is a short appointment at an official testing organisation. Keep the printed ABE and the inspection confirmation with the papers.

Fitting
Take the original handlebar clamps off, fit the risers, and leave the bolts loose until the bar sits where you want it. Tighten to the specified torque, check the clearance to the tank at full lock and look over the fasteners again after the first ride.
