The GSX1250F is the fully faired Bandit, a sports tourer with an enormous spread of torque and a screen that actually works. Riders who cover distance on one usually sit slightly forward of where they would like to be. Twenty millimetres of lift is the correction, and it takes an hour in the workshop.

The approval names the GSX 1250 and the F version from 2010 for the 1DGT-01.
Check the fairing
As with any faired bike, the clearance between bar and fairing should be checked at full lock before the fasteners are torqued.
Road Approval
ABE No. KBA 91473 lists the Suzuki GSX1250F for the 1DGT risers. The document notes: if the original 22 mm handlebar is kept, Gilles clamp half-shells are required; the handlebar may be a Gilles GTO-L, a WRP AM2200 or the original 28 mm bar. Unlike most approvals this one asks for an acceptance inspection: after fitting, have the bike checked under §19(3) StVZO by an official testing organisation such as TÜV, DEKRA, GTÜ or KÜS, and carry the ABE together with the confirmation.

The set contains the Gilles 1DGT risers made for this model. The ABE document downloads from this page; it belongs in the vehicle papers together with the inspection confirmation.
Fitting
The risers go on at the original mounting points of the top yoke. Work loosely first, set the position you want, then tighten every fastener to the value in the Gilles instructions. Turn the bars from lock to lock before riding and check that cables, hoses and wiring still run free.
