AGV produces this shell in four distinct sizes, each paired to an appropriate shell geometry, so the helmet does not simply stuff progressively larger EPS into one mould — a detail that has a direct bearing on how well the lid manages real-world impact energy. The five-density EPS system means different zones of the liner absorb energy at different rates, protecting the brain from both high-speed and low-speed impacts more effectively than a single-compound foam can achieve.

The double-D closure ring is a deliberate engineering choice: micro-adjustable, secure under load, and compliant with the demands of ECE 22.06's retention tests. Emergency cheek-pad release tabs allow first responders to remove the helmet safely without compromising the rider's cervical spine.
