Zertifiziert nach EN 17092-2:2020 Klasse AAA – dem höchsten Standard in der motorradspezifischen Schutzbekleidung – ist der Spidi DP-Progressive in Blau/Grau kompromisslos für Strecke und Wettkampf konzipiert. Gemeinsam mit Designer Aldo Drudi entwickelt, überträgt dieser einteilige Lederanzug die Ästhetik und Schutzphilosophie der MotoGP in einen Anzug, den ambitionierte Fahrer bei jeder Session tragen können.

Klasse-AAA-Sicherheit – gebaut für die Strecke
Die Farbvariante Blau/Grau des DP-Progressive trägt dieselbe AAA-Klassifizierung wie jeder Anzug der Reihe und erfüllt EN 17092-2:2020 vollständig. Diese Zertifizierung verlangt außergewöhnlichen Abriebschutz, Stoßfestigkeit und Nahtreißfestigkeit über das gesamte Kleidungsstück hinweg – nicht nur in den offensichtlichen Aufprallzonen.
CE-zertifizierte Warrior-Protektoren sind an Schultern und Ellbogen verbaut, während die integrierten Knieprotektoren EN 1621-1:2012 erfüllen. Hüftprotektoren gehören zur Serienausstattung. Zwei optionale Upgrades sind bereits vorgesehen: Die Rückenprotektor-Tasche nimmt sowohl Level-1- als auch Level-2-Einsätze auf, und eine Brustprotektor-Tasche ist für einen Level-1-Einsatz vorbereitet – so können Fahrer ihre Schutzausstattung frei auf Fahrstil und Streckenanforderungen abstimmen.

Die Außenhülle besteht aus Rindsleder mit 1,2/1,3 mm Stärke – in Italien gegerbt und gefärbt – ausgewählt für die ausgewogene Balance aus Abriebfestigkeit und Geschmeidigkeit im Dauereinsatz. Flex-Tenax-Nylon-6.6-Partien sorgen für zusätzliche Elastizität und Abriebfestigkeit in stark beanspruchten Flexzonen, während Ziehharmonika-Stretcheinsätze an den wichtigsten Gelenkpunkten dafür sorgen, dass sich der Anzug mit dem Fahrer statt gegen ihn bewegt. Neopren-Einsätze am Kragen und an Kontaktpunkten reduzieren Druck und Scheuerstellen bei langen Etappen.

Belüftung und Komfort
Perforierte Lederpartien über den gesamten Anzug sorgen für gleichmäßige Luftzirkulation bei intensiven Trackday-Sessions und verhindern Wärmestau bei steigenden Umgebungstemperaturen. Das herausnehmbare Mesh-Innenfutter lässt sich unabhängig von der Außenhülle zur Reinigung entnehmen – praktisch für Fahrer, die den Anzug über mehrere Trackday-Wochenenden hinweg nutzen. Die atmungsaktive Konstruktion sorgt auch bei steigender Intensität für angenehme Sessions.
Streckenorientierte Konstruktion
Jedes Detail des DP-Progressive wurde mit Blick auf die Performance auf der Rennstrecke entwickelt. Der aerodynamische Sitzhöcker stabilisiert das Fahrerprofil bei hohem Tempo und greift die Optik der MotoGP-Werksmaschinen auf. Ein integrierter Führungskanal nimmt den Schlauch eines Trinksystems auf, und der Anzug ist für ein Hydroback-Trinksystem vorbereitet – ein wichtiger Aspekt bei Ausdauer-Sessions. Ergonomie und Passform
Der eng anliegende Rennschnitt positioniert den Anzug korrekt für eine konsequent sportliche Fahrhaltung und hält alle Schutzelemente exakt dort, wo sie gebraucht werden – ob der Fahrer hinter der Scheibe kauert oder hart auf eine Haarnadelkurve bremst. Ziehharmonika-Stretchpartien ergänzen die anatomische Formgebung, ohne das strukturierte Tragegefühl zu opfern, das man von einem Lederanzug in Wettkampfqualität erwartet.
