Speziell für den X-SPR PRO entwickelt, wechselt es automatisch von einer hellen Lichtdurchlässigkeit von 86% bei klaren Bedingungen auf 23–29%, sobald die UV-Intensität steigt – sodass Ihre Augen stets mit der richtigen Lichtmenge arbeiten, statt gegen sie.

Das CWR-F2PN reagiert auf den UV-Anteil des auf die Visieroberfläche treffenden Lichts, nicht auf die Gesamthelligkeit. Dadurch reagiert es entschlossen in Situationen, in denen eine feste Tönung Sie entweder blenden oder zu wenig schützen würde. Bewölkung, Schatten durch Baumreihen und plötzliche Tunneleinfahrten werden allesamt ohne jegliches Zutun des Fahrers bewältigt.
Da der Übergang von der UV-Intensität gesteuert wird, bleibt das Visier bei bedecktem Himmel praktisch klar – ohne die unnötige Verdunkelung, die eine feste Rauch- oder Dunkeltönung mit sich bringen würde. Kommt die Sonne durch, entwickelt sich die Tönung schnell und hält das passende Niveau. Kehrt der Schatten zurück, klart das Visier wieder auf.
