Schalenkonstruktion
Der R2R basiert auf einer hochwertigen ADT-Thermoplast-Schale, die Stöße wirksam absorbiert und dabei das Gesamtgewicht auf einem Niveau hält, das man nach der ersten Stunde nicht mehr bemerkt. Zwei unterschiedliche Schalengrößen sorgen dafür, dass ein Helm in Größe S nicht einfach mehr Polster hat als einer in Größe L — die Geometrie ist tatsächlich auf Ihren Kopfumfang zugeschnitten und verbessert sowohl den Schutz als auch den Tragekomfort über den ganzen Tag.
Visier-System
Das kratzfeste Hauptvisier bietet UV380-Schutz und ein weites Sichtfeld. Eine zentrale Visierverriegelung hält es bei hohem Tempo sicher fest, während der werkzeugfreie Schnellwechselmechanismus den Wechsel zu einem getönten oder photochromen Visier am Straßenrand zur Sache von Sekunden macht. Die integrierte innere Sonnenblende gleitet geschmeidig in Position, sobald es die Helligkeit erfordert, sodass ein zweites Visier für Tage mit wechselndem Licht überflüssig wird. Das mitgelieferte Pinlock MaxVision 70-Glas dichtet gegen Beschlagen ab und hält die Sicht bei Regen, kalten Morgen und Tunneldurchfahrten klar.
Hydrocool-Innenausstattung
Dauerhafter Komfort über viele Stunden hängt davon ab, was der Haut am nächsten liegt. Das Hydrocool-Futter des R2R leitet Feuchtigkeit ab und gibt Wärme schnell ab, und seine weiche, atmungsaktive Konstruktion bleibt auch bei Fahrten in warmem Wetter angenehm. Die brillenfreundliche Formgebung der Wangenpolster macht das Aufsetzen unkompliziert, ohne dass sich die Brillenbügel verhaken. Die Wangenpolster verfügen zudem über ein Notfall-Schnellablösesystem, ein wichtiges Sicherheitsdetail für Ersthelfer. Das Innere ist vollständig intercom-kompatibel und bietet Platz für Lautsprechertaschen, ohne die Passform zu beeinträchtigen.
Belüftung
Zwei große vordere Lufteinlässe speisen interne Kanäle, die Frischluft über den Kopf leiten und durch einen hinteren Spoilerauslass wieder austreten lassen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Helminneres, das bei Sommerfahrten spürbar kühler bleibt als eine geschlossene Schale, und der verbesserte Luftstrom reduziert zudem das Beschlagen des Visiers bei feuchten oder regnerischen Bedingungen.
Verschlusssystem
Der verstärkte mikrometrische Verschluss erlaubt eine präzise Riemeneinstellung auf den Millimeter genau, und seine einhändige Bedienung macht ihn im Alltag wirklich praktisch — egal ob Sie dicke Winterhandschuhe tragen oder es eilig haben, den Helm auf dem Parkplatz abzuschließen.
