Der R1R ist der Rennhelm von KYT, und auch sein Visier folgt Rennsport-Maßstäben. YAR10VT0 ist das klare Ersatzvisier dafür, also der Typ, mit dem der Helm ausgeliefert wird. Auf der Strecke ist ein verkratztes oder angeschlagenes Visier mehr als ein Schönheitsfehler, deshalb gehört ein neues in jede Boxenausrüstung. Ohne Tönung passt es zu allen Bedingungen, vom Morgen-Turn bis zu Regen, Tunneln und Nachtfahrten.
Ein Visiersystem aus dem Rennsport
Das R1R-Visier läuft auf einer Rototranslations-Mechanik: Beim Öffnen dreht und verschiebt es sich zugleich, statt nur um einen Punkt zu schwenken. Gehalten wird es von einem Racing-Verschluss aus Metall, wie man ihn von Helmen für die Rennstrecke kennt, und zwischen zwei Turns tauschen Sie es ohne Werkzeug. Dieses Ersatzvisier ist für genau dieses System gemacht und schließt mit demselben Verschluss wie das Visier ab Werk. Mechanik und Verschluss bleiben am Helm, erneuert wird bei Verschleiß nur die Scheibe.

Warum ein Ersatz in die Box gehört
Am Rennwochenende können Teile vom Vordermann, Gummiabrieb und Steinschläge ein Visier innerhalb weniger Turns zeichnen, und jede Spur im Blickfeld stört an jedem Bremspunkt. Weil der Wechsel ohne Werkzeug geht, ist ein neues klares Visier montiert, während getankt wird. Auf der Straße gilt das ebenso: Ein sauberes Visier macht Nacht- und Regenfahrten deutlich weniger anstrengend.
Der passende Helm
Der KYT R1R hat eine Tricomposite-Schale aus Carbon, Aramid und Glasfaser, ist nach ECE 22.06 zugelassen und wiegt rund 1.450 g in Größe M. Geliefert wird er mit klarem Visier und Pinlock. Bei uns finden Sie 10 R1R-Helme in verschiedenen Dekoren.
Lieferumfang und Grenzen
Sie erhalten ein klares Visier. Die Pinlock-Scheibe, die zum R1R-Helm gehört, ist nicht Teil dieses Artikels. Das Visier passt nur an den KYT R1R, nicht an R2R oder TT-Revo. Wer den R1R auf Straße und Rennstrecke fährt, lässt standardmäßig das klare Visier montiert. Für helle Tage führen wir sechs weitere R1R-Visiere: leicht getönt, dunkel getönt sowie Iridium Blau, Gold, Rainbow und Silber (verspiegelt).
