Hochwertige Verarbeitung
Während minderwertige Anti-Fog-Folien auf Oberflächenbeschichtungen setzen, die sich beim Reinigen abnutzen, verwendet das Pinlock-70-System eine physisch getrennte, feuchtigkeitsabsorbierende Polymerlinse, die von einer durchgehenden Silikondichtung fest gegen das Hauptvisier gepresst wird. Diese Dichtung bildet eine luftdichte Kammer zwischen den beiden Oberflächen – nach demselben Thermopane-Prinzip, das auch bei Isolierverglasungen im Bauwesen zum Einsatz kommt –, sodass warme, feuchte Atemluft niemals das kalte Außenvisier erreicht und Beschlagen nicht nur verzögert, sondern vollständig verhindert wird. Das Spezialpolymer behält seine Anti-Fog-Eigenschaften Wäsche für Wäsche, Saison für Saison – ein echtes Langzeit-Upgrade statt einer Verschleißlösung.
