Which helmets this fits
The price list names the Spartan Carbon 1.3 in its helmet model column, and the supplier designation repeats it. Pay attention to the full name: the 1.3 is part of the model, and interior parts are made for one specific helmet.
Picking the size
Order the size of your helmet, printed on the label inside or on the chin strap. The crown liner is sized with the helmet, so a new one in the same size should restore the original fit once the old one has compressed. If the helmet has never fitted properly, ask your dealer before choosing a different size.
When to replace it
A liner that has gone flat lets the helmet sit lower and move on your head, especially at speed. Torn fabric, a smell that washing no longer removes, or new pressure points on the forehead are also signs. Hand-wash it in lukewarm water with mild soap, rinse, press gently and dry at room temperature.
