DescriptionThe whole story▼
Hours in the saddle demand a helmet that disappears on your head — and the Nexx X.R3R Zero Pro 2 in natural carbon with a matte black finish is engineered precisely for that. The X-PRO carbon shell weighs approximately 1,350 g ± 50 g, keeping neck fatigue at bay on long runs and back-to-back track days alike, while the X-Mart Dry interior creates a breathable, pressure-free environment that feels as fresh in hour five as it did at the start.
Key Features
- X-PRO carbon shell: high fibre-density construction for exceptional rigidity at around 1,350 g ± 50 g — markedly lighter than comparable composite helmets
- X-Mart Dry liner: dries twice as fast as cotton, antibacterial, fully removable and machine-washable for long-tour freshness
- Air Dynamic System with 6 intake and 4 exhaust vents plus Speed-Flow chin ventilation and vibration-optimised air channels
- Near-zero dynamic lift at speed thanks to the aerodynamically refined spoiler profile, with stable, settled behaviour during aggressive cornering
- Wide-field Lexan-PC visor with X-LOCK magnetic closure for distortion-free, scratch-resistant vision
- ECE 22-06 certified with a Double-D-ring magnetic retaining system, Emergency Strap System for rapid liner removal, and multilayer energy-absorbing structure
- Three shell sizes ensure a precise anatomical fit across the XS–XXL range
Comfort Engineered for the Long Haul
The X-Mart Dry liner is where the Zero Pro 2 separates itself from track-only hardware. Ergonomic, pressure-relieving pads conform to your head shape rather than forcing your head into theirs. The antibacterial, breathable fabric wicks moisture efficiently, and because the entire liner unclips and washes without tools, it stays genuinely fresh across a full touring season or an intense race weekend. Paired with three shell sizes — rather than one shell stretched across all head circumferences — the fit is consistent and snug without the pinching that plagues oversized single-shell rivals.
Racing Aerodynamics
The X.R3R shell profile was developed with high-speed stability as the primary objective. At top speed, dynamic lift approaches zero, meaning the helmet tracks with your head rather than pulling against it. The flow-optimised spoiler reduces turbulence behind the shell, and the vibration-tuned internal air channels carry fresh air through the helmet without buffeting noise. The result is a calmer, more controlled ride at triple-digit speeds.
Visuals: Matte Carbon Presence
The Zero Pro 2 Carbon Matte Black finish exposes the raw carbon weave beneath a deep, non-reflective matte lacquer. There are no decals competing for attention — the material does the talking. It is the kind of finish that reads as deliberate understatement at the café and uncompromising intent on the grid.

“Physically the same helmet as the Pro FIM Evo — same carbon shell, same 1,350 g, same venting — without the racing homologation. For open track days that costs you nothing; for anything timed under FIM rules it rules the helmet out.”
— the Inter-Pace crewECE 22.06 only — the FIM version is a separate helmet.
Double-D and an X-Pro carbon shell in three sizes.
Six intakes and four extractors, well judged for track.
Break-off rear spoiler included.
1,350 g — light for a full-face carbon shell.
Average for a helmet with this much venting.
225-degree horizontal view, comfortable on long runs.
Three shell sizes, XS through 2XL.
Same carbon shell as the FIM version, road spec.
509 € for carbon at 1,350 g is hard to beat.
