Genuine LS2 replacement rear vent cover for the FF901 Advant X in matt black, part 800901AVR11. The rear vent is the exhaust, and it is the half of the ventilation system riders forget. Without an outlet an intake achieves very little: it is the low-pressure region behind the helmet that actually pulls warm air out through the EPS channels. It also sits at the back of the shell where you cannot see damage, which is why it tends to be discovered broken rather than noticed breaking.
Vent covers are the cheapest thing on a helmet to break and among the most annoying to live without. A missing slider means a vent stuck open in winter or shut in summer; a cracked housing whistles. Neither justifies a new helmet, and neither has to be tolerated.
Match the finish to your shell before ordering. Matt black suits the Solid Matt Carbon and the matt Horizon decor; against a gloss shell it will read as a different colour in direct sunlight. Fitting takes a couple of minutes and a screwdriver.

Take out the washable lining and hand-wash it in lukewarm water. Clean the shell and visor with a soft cloth and water only — never solvents.
