A 296 cc machine like the NINJA 300 has little room to spare at the bars. The OBT009 is the rear bracket: 28.9 mm by 31 mm, black anodised, 10 g. There is no colour choice here — the OBT009 is black. It changes the part of the NINJA 300 the rider looks at most.

Position Is the Point
A reservoir that is not held properly is a reservoir that moves. The OBT009 is the rear of the two brackets, measuring 28.9 mm and 31 mm. Black is the only finish LighTech makes it in.
Looking After It
Vibration finds every loose fastener on the NINJA 300 eventually. Beyond that the OBT009 asks nothing of you.
What It Fits
Fitment is the NINJA 300 across 2013 to 2018. Mounting is simple, but where it ends up on the NINJA 300 is your decision, not a fixed point.

LighTech sells this mount on its own. The tank — OBT001, OBT006 or OBT007 — is a separate article. Ask us and we will pair it with the right reservoir for your NINJA 300.
In the Workshop
The OBT009 goes on with the NINJA 300 on its stand. Offer the bracket up before tightening — the hose run on the NINJA 300 decides the angle. The OBT009 leaves no trace on the NINJA 300 if you take it off again.

LighTech ships the OBT009 on its own. Packaging carries the reference, so a second order is unambiguous.
Regulations and the Hydraulic Circuit
This part sits in the brake or clutch hydraulic circuit, which makes it more than a styling item. The OBT009 is sold without approval documentation of any kind. On a registered NINJA 300, clarify the change with your inspection body, and let a workshop bleed and test the system after fitting.
