Ein großes Naked wie die MV Agusta Rush 1000 bremst mit dem Vorderrad und mit sonst kaum etwas. Genau das ist die Aufgabe des B005: 102,2 × 42,0 mm keramisch gesintertes Material, 8,05 mm tief, im Brembo-Sattel. EXR ist die Endurance-Mischung, überarbeitet auf Progression, und der B005 ist ihre Form hier.
Wichtigste Merkmale
- Die Wärme verteilt sich über die ganze 102,2 × 42,0 mm große Fläche, statt sich an der Einlaufkante zu sammeln

- Bessere Kaltwirkung und höhere thermische Stabilität als die Vorgängermischung – weniger Runden, die auf das Ankommen des Belags verloren gehen
- Auch im Nassen berechenbar, weil die Mischung auf einer Rush 1000 keine Temperatur braucht, um zu arbeiten
Aufbau und Materialqualität
ZCOO baut den B005 gleich, ob er auf einer Rush 1000 oder auf einem Rennmotorrad landet. Ein Brembo-Sattel weitet sich unter Spitzendruck auf, und eine nachgebende Platte verschiebt den Kontaktbereich auf die Belagkanten. Sichtbar ist davon nichts, sobald der B005 im Brembo-Sattel sitzt – und genau das ist der Punkt.
Wirkung und Gefühl
EXR wurde für Fahrer gemischt, denen EX Race auf einer Maschine wie der MV Agusta Rush 1000 zu wenig Autorität hatte. Die neu aufgebaute Progression ist das, was die Mehrkraft in voller Schräglage benutzbar hält. Ohne Verkleidung, in die er sich lehnen könnte, braucht der Rush 1000-Fahrer vom B005 vor allem Berechenbarkeit.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Für die Rush 1000 der Jahre 2020 ist der B005 die Form, die ZCOO listet. ZCOO listet für die Rush 1000 keinen Hinterradbelag. Prüfen Sie vor der Bestellung, ob Ihr Sattel einen Belag von 102,2 mm Länge und 42,0 mm Höhe aufnimmt. Dieselbe B005-Form deckt 117 weitere Maschinen im Katalog 2026 ab.
Straßenzulassung
Für diesen Belag ist keine ECE-R90-Genehmigung dokumentiert. Sie steht weder im ZCOO-Katalog noch auf der Seite des europäischen Distributors, und auf den uns vorliegenden Verpackungsdaten ist keine Genehmigungsnummer angegeben. ZCOO selbst beschreibt die Mischung als gleichermaßen für Renn- und Straßenmaschinen geeignet – das ist eine Beschreibung der Mischung und keine Typgenehmigung. Solange der Distributor keine Genehmigung schriftlich bestätigt, behandeln Sie den Belag als Renn- und Rennstreckenteil: In Deutschland darf ein Ersatzbremsbelag ohne ECE-R90-Genehmigung nicht an einem im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr genutzten Motorrad verbaut werden.
