Die Z1100 macht es leicht, schneller an einer Kurve anzukommen als beabsichtigt. ZCOO antwortet darauf mit dem T004, 71,5 × 50,0 mm keramisch gesintertem Reibmaterial für den Tokico-Sattel. EXR ist die Endurance-Mischung, überarbeitet auf Progression, und der T004 ist ihre Form hier.
Wichtigste Merkmale
- Geringe Geräuschentwicklung und wenig Scheibenriefen, auf einer Z1100 überleben die Scheiben damit mehrere Belagsätze
- Haltbarkeit gleich oder besser als EXC Endurance, die selbst etwa doppelt so lange hielt wie EX Race
- Erstanbiss auf dem Niveau der EXC Endurance, mit progressivem Aufbau, der die Dosierbarkeit zurückbringt
- Lasergeschnittene Trägerplatte hält die Reibfläche plan, wenn sich der Tokico-Sattel unter Leitungsdruck aufweitet
- Die Keramikschicht wird auf die Platte gesintert und nicht gegen sie gepresst, was den T004 am oberen Ende seines Temperaturbereichs zusammenhält
- Kein Spezialwerkzeug nötig: der T004 fällt in den Tokico-Sattel, den die Z1100 bereits hat
Aufbau und Materialqualität
Sieht man hinter die Reibfläche des T004, geht es in der Konstruktion nur um Steifigkeit. Mit 8,5 mm trägt der T004 seine Keramikschicht auf einer Platte, die das Tokico-Belagfenster genau ausfüllt. Deshalb hält der T004 bis tief in seine Lebensdauer einen gleichmäßigen Kontaktbereich.
Wirkung und Gefühl
ZCOO nennt für EXR eine Zahl, die die meisten Belaghersteller gar nicht nennen. EXR behält die Stärke und ändert, wie sie ankommt: Die Kraft baut sich mit dem Hebel auf statt vor ihm. Ohne Verkleidung, in die er sich lehnen könnte, braucht der Z1100-Fahrer vom T004 vor allem Berechenbarkeit.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Die Listung 2026 setzt den T004 für die Modelljahre 2026 auf die Kawasaki Z1100. Der T004 passt an die Vorderachse der Z1100 und sonst nirgends. Dieselbe T004-Form deckt 18 weitere Maschinen im Katalog 2026 ab. Prüfen Sie vor der Bestellung, ob Ihr Sattel einen Belag von 71,5 mm Länge und 50,0 mm Höhe aufnimmt.
Straßenzulassung
Für diesen Belag ist keine ECE-R90-Genehmigung dokumentiert. Sie steht weder im ZCOO-Katalog noch auf der Seite des europäischen Distributors, und auf den uns vorliegenden Verpackungsdaten ist keine Genehmigungsnummer angegeben. ZCOO selbst beschreibt die Mischung als gleichermaßen für Renn- und Straßenmaschinen geeignet – das ist eine Beschreibung der Mischung und keine Typgenehmigung. Solange der Distributor keine Genehmigung schriftlich bestätigt, behandeln Sie den Belag als Renn- und Rennstreckenteil: In Deutschland darf ein Ersatzbremsbelag ohne ECE-R90-Genehmigung nicht an einem im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr genutzten Motorrad verbaut werden.
