Die Titan-Komplettanlage GKA8829T von Spark Exhaust ersetzt die serienmäßigen Krümmer und den Schalldämpfer durch eine handgefertigte italienische Anlage, die statt der ursprünglichen 11,2 kg nur noch 4,0 kg wiegt — eine Reduktion, die das Ansprechverhalten am Gas schärft, das Buggewicht senkt und die Kawasaki schon in der ersten Kurve wie ein anderes Motorrad wirken lässt.

Verarbeitungsqualität und Leistung
Titan ist der Werkstoff der Wahl, wenn Ingenieure beim Verhältnis von Gewicht und Haltbarkeit keine Kompromisse eingehen wollen. Die Krümmer des GKA8829T werden aus Titanrohr in Luftfahrtqualität gefertigt und widerstehen so dem ständigen Temperaturwechsel eines hochdrehenden 600-cm³-Vierzylinders, ohne die Verfärbung oder Materialermüdung, die einfachere Edelstahlanlagen mit der Zeit zeigen. Die Titan-Riffelung an der Endkappe des Schalldämpfers ist nicht nur Optik — sie versteift den Auslassbereich und trägt zu dem zielgerichteten, hochfrequenten Auspuffklang bei, für den die Force-EVO-Serie bekannt ist.
Die Endkappe aus Carbon wird von Hand laminiert und direkt mit dem Titankörper verbunden, wodurch das Gewicht der Schalldämpfer-Baugruppe minimal bleibt und die Anlage ihre unverwechselbare, streckentaugliche Optik erhält. Titan und Carbon ergänzen sich dabei sowohl strukturell als auch optisch.
Auf der Straße und auf der Strecke
Der herausnehmbare dB-Killer macht diese Anlage zu einem echten Allrounder. Bei offenen Trackdays oder Rennveranstaltungen mit einer 102-dB-Lärmgrenze sorgt der dB-Killer für Regelkonformität, ohne die Gesamtleistung der Anlage einzuschränken. Auf Strecken ohne Lärmbeschränkung lässt er sich komplett entfernen, sodass die Anlage frei atmet und den vollen Vorteil der optimierten Krümmergeometrie und der verbesserten Spülung ausspielt. Auf der Straße widersteht die Titankonstruktion Salz und Straßenschmutz deutlich besser als eine verchromte Serienanlage aus Stahl — die Investition bleibt so auch nach vielen Saisons optisch überzeugend.
Um jedes letzte PS herauszuholen, empfiehlt Spark Exhaust ein rennspezifisches Steuergerät-Mapping oder eine auf diese Anlage abgestimmte Prüfstandsabstimmung. Die Kombination aus optimierten Krümmerlängen, reduziertem Gegendruck und dem Volumen des Force-EVO-Schalldämpfers sorgt dafür, dass ein durchdachtes Remapping über den gesamten Drehzahlbereich mit einer spürbar schärferen Leistungsentfaltung belohnt wird.
