Als Ducati die Panigale V4 vorstellte, definierte man neu, was ein Serien-Superbike sein kann – ein V4-Motor mit MotoGP-abgeleiteter Technik und einer Rotationsträgheit, an die sich früher oder später jeder ambitionierte Fahrer heranwagt. Die Hyperdiscs von TGP MotoRacing ersetzen die serienmäßigen Stahl-Zwischenscheiben im Nasskupplungspaket durch präzisionsbeschichtete Aluminiumscheiben und sorgen so für eine messbare Reduzierung der rotierenden Masse sowie eine sofort spürbare Veränderung im Ansprechverhalten der V4 am Limit.

Höherer Anspruch bei der Fertigung
Die Qualität eines Kupplungs-Upgrades entscheidet sich an der Maßgenauigkeit und der Oberflächenbehandlung. TGP MotoRacing fertigt jede Hyperdisc exakt nach der Geometrie, die der Kupplungskorb der Panigale V4 vorgibt, versehen mit einer speziellen Beschichtung, die das Aluminium unter anhaltender Hitze und im Ölbad schützt. Das Ergebnis ist ein Scheibensatz, der präzise im Kupplungspaket sitzt – kein Klemmen, keine ungleiche Pakethöhe – und der sauber trennt, egal ob Sie sich durch den Verkehr schlängeln oder aus 200 km/h in eine Spitzkehre bremsen.
Die hier verwendete Aluminiumlegierung leitet Wärme deutlich effektiver ab als die serienmäßigen Stahlscheiben. Bei intensiven Rennstreckeneinsätzen, bei denen die Kupplungstemperatur schnell ansteigt, sorgt dieser thermische Vorteil dafür, dass das Kupplungsgefühl von Runde zu Runde berechenbar bleibt, statt mit steigender Öltemperatur nachzulassen.
Performance auf Straße und Rennstrecke
Eine Reduzierung der rotierenden Masse im Antriebsstrang verändert den Charakter eines Motorrads auf eine Weise, die sich in einem Datenblatt nur schwer fassen lässt, auf der Straße oder der Rennstrecke aber sofort spürbar ist. Mit montierten Hyperdiscs dreht der V4-Motor freier hoch, Gasbefehle wirken schärfer und direkter, und das Hinterrad bleibt beim Trail-Braking spürbar geerdeter. Rückschaltungen, die zuvor ein Rattern am Hinterrad provoziert hätten, verlaufen merklich sanfter – eine direkte Folge der geringeren Trägheitslast im Antriebsstrang.

Die Kombination beider Komponenten ergibt ein vollständiges, ausgewogenes Kupplungspaket mit einem stabilen, reproduzierbaren Schleifpunkt – die ideale Grundlage für den harten Einsatz auf Straße oder Rennstrecke.
Wichtig: Diese Scheiben sind ausschließlich für Nasskupplungen (Ölbad) konzipiert. Sie sind nicht kompatibel mit Ducati-Modellen mit Trockenkupplung.
