Jede Dimension dieses Bremssattels – vom steifen Monoblock-Körper bis zu seinen vier hart eloxierten 30-mm-Kolben – spiegelt Rennbremssattel-Standards wider, direkt übertragen auf den Straßeneinsatz.

Monoblock-Konstruktion – Warum sie wichtig ist
Herkömmliche zweiteilige Bremssättel sind an der Brücke verbunden, was einen natürlichen Verwindungspunkt schafft, der das Feedback abschwächt und die Dosierbarkeit beeinträchtigt. Der V30 eliminiert diesen Kompromiss vollständig. Sein Gehäuse wird in einem durchgehenden Arbeitsgang aus massivem Aluminium gefräst, ohne Trennlinien, ohne Verwindungszonen und ohne eingeschlossene Luftwege zwischen den Hälften. Das Ergebnis ist ein Bremssattel, der jeden Druckimpuls von Ihren Fingern verzerrungsfrei bis zu den Belägen überträgt, und der thermischer Verformung bei längerem Stadt- oder sportlichem Fahren weit besser widersteht als sein gegossenes Serien-Pendant.
Vier 30-mm-Kolben – Klemmkraft im Performance-Bereich
Jeder der vier Kolben des V30 misst 30 mm im Durchmesser und wird aus Aluminium gefräst und anschließend hart eloxiert. Diese Oberflächenbehandlung erhöht die Oberflächenhärte drastisch, reduziert die Anhaftung von Bremsstaub und Schmutz und verbessert das thermische Zyklusverhalten im Vergleich zu unbehandelten Legierungskolben.
