Ein gröberes Medium einzubauen, als die Luft es verlangt, bedeutet, dass der Verlust bereits eingetreten ist, still, an Bauteilen, die niemand wartet. Bei einer Voge Valico DS, gelistet von 2020 bis 2022, ist diese Asymmetrie der ehrliche Zugang zum CM251T12.

Nur einer der beiden lässt sich zurücknehmen
Elemente zu tauschen ist eine Zehn-Minuten-Arbeit an der Werkbank, und die werkseitige Platte liegt noch in ihrer Schachtel im Regal, falls Sie sie aufbewahrt haben. Der Zu-fein-Fehler kommt daher mit einer vollständigen Rückerstattung, ausgezahlt in der Währung, in der er begangen wurde. In die andere Richtung gibt es keine solche Regelung. Was auch immer an einem groben Element vorbeiging, während Sie sich entschieden, ist jetzt stromabwärts, und kein späterer Kauf macht das rückgängig. Das ist kein Argument dafür, dass jeder Besitzer das feinste Medium der Reihe kaufen sollte – die meisten Valico-DS-Besitzer sollten das nicht –, aber es erklärt, warum die beiden Fehler ungleiche Vorsicht verdienen.
Wie groß das ist, was Sie aufgeben
Etwa neun zu eins. Das Standardelement für dieses Gehäuse ist mit 80 Mikron und 5.050 l/m²/sek bewertet, dieses hier mit 7 Mikron und 560, beide im gleichen Rahmen gemessen. Geben Sie dieser Zahl vor der Bestellung ihr Gewicht: Es ist die größte einzelne Stufe innerhalb der Reihe, und sie gilt bei jedem Atemzug des Motors, nicht nur an den staubigen Tagen. Halten Sie auch die andere Spalte im Blick – ein Einsatzelement jeder Spezifikation lässt eine Standard-Valico-DS genau die Leistung erbringen, die Voge freigegeben hat. Was sich ändert, ist, was mit der Luft ankommt, und wie stabil der Widerstand zwischen den Reinigungen bleibt.
Pflege und Reinigung
Nehmen Sie den CM251T12 heraus und blasen Sie ihn mit einem Kompressor durch, immer von der sauberen Seite nach außen, damit der Schmutz auf dem Weg zurückgedrückt wird, auf dem er eindrang. Wasser ist der zweite Schritt und nur dann, wenn Luft allein nicht mehr genügt: lauwarm, mit etwas mildem Reinigungsmittel, gespült, bis nichts mehr aus dem Material kommt. Getrocknet wird danach ausschließlich an bewegter Luft, so lange es dauert, und es kommt trocken und unbehandelt zurück ins Gehäuse. Hitze jeder Art und jede Flamme würden es ruinieren.
