Nichts darin trocknet aus, härtet aus, wandert oder muss erneuert werden, während die Maschine steht, sodass der Filter, der eingelagert wurde, auch der ist, der wieder herauskommt, und die erste Fahrt des Jahres nicht mit einer Wartungsschuld beginnt, an die niemand mehr gedacht hat.

Warum ein behandeltes Element bei einem eingelagerten Motorrad problematisch ist
Ein geölter Gazefilter erfüllt seine Aufgabe nur, solange das Öl dort ist, wo es sein soll, in der richtigen Menge und gleichmäßig verteilt. Die Zeit arbeitet dagegen. Monate in einer kalten Garage, dann Wärmezyklen, sobald die Maschine wieder läuft, und die Behandlung ist nicht mehr der Film, den der Hersteller beschrieben hat. Nachölen ist die Antwort, und Nachölen ist der Schritt, der überstürzt, übersprungen oder zu großzügig ausgeführt wird – Letzteres schickt den Überschuss nach vorne in einen Ansaugtrakt voller Sensoren. Das Öl wegzulassen entfernt diese Fehlerquelle. Es gibt nichts zu prüfen und nichts nach Augenmaß zu beurteilen.
Feine Medien an einem kleinen Motor
Machen Sie sich den Tauschkurs klar. Gegenüber dem Standard-80-Mikron-Gewebe mit 5.050 l/m²/sek bietet diese Matte 14 Mikron bei 1.800: mehr vom feinen Anteil zurückgehalten, weniger Luft durch dieselbe Materialfläche. Bei einem kompakten Motor, der drehen soll, ist das eine echte Entscheidung und kein kostenloses Upgrade, und sie sollte danach getroffen werden, wo die Maschine gefahren wird, nicht danach, welche Zahl ernster aussieht. Keines der beiden Medien ändert, was der Motor leistet. Ein Luftfilter im Serien-Luftfilterkasten verleiht einer Standard-NK321R keine spürbare zusätzliche Leistung; er senkt den Ansaugwiderstand und hält diesen Wert zwischen den Services konstant, was eine kleinere und ehrlichere Aussage ist.
Pflege und Reinigung
Die Regeneration erfolgt mit Druckluft von der sauberen Seite, durch die Matte nach außen gedrückt. Reicht das bei der Ablagerung nicht aus, das PM242P14 in lauwarmem Wasser mit einem milden Reinigungsmittel waschen, spülen, bis das Wasser klar abläuft, und in bewegter Luft natürlich trocknen lassen.
