Sprint Filter führt die Standard-1200 und die S-Version unter einer gemeinsamen Position, und das ist keine Nachlässigkeit im Katalog. Die Ausstattungsvarianten unterscheiden sich bei Fahrwerk und Instrumentenkombination; das Gehäuse dahinter ist dasselbe Gehäuse, und es nimmt dasselbe Element auf, ganz gleich, welches Tankemblem verbaut ist. Damit entfällt die Frage, mit der die meisten Teilesuchen beginnen. Das PM210S ist die Antwort für beide – eine trockene Lage aus gewebtem Polyester, die dort sitzt, wo zuvor das Papierelement saß, und bei der Wartung gewaschen statt weggeworfen wird.

Ein Luftfilterkasten kennt keine Embleme
Drei Maschinen stehen auf dieser Fitment-Liste, und eine einzige Artikelnummer bedient alle drei – ein Beleg dafür, dass sich der Ansaugweg zwischen ihnen nie verändert hat. Für einen Käufer ist das mehr wert, als es zunächst klingt. Ein Gebrauchtfahrzeug, dessen genaue Spezifikation aus dem Inserat nicht hervorgeht, nimmt trotzdem das richtige Element auf. Und das Teil bleibt so lange in laufender Produktion, wie eines der drei Modelle gelistet ist – nichts hier hängt also davon ab, alte Lagerbestände aufzuspüren. Das Modelljahr 2019 in diesem Angebot ist das früheste in der gesamten Gruppe; alles danach Gebaute nimmt dasselbe Element auf.
Was sich ändert – und was nicht
Nicht die Leistungsangabe. Ein Element, das in ein unverändertes Gehäuse eingesetzt wird, macht eine Serien-1200 nicht spürbar stärker, und jedes Angebot, das etwas anderes andeutet, hat leise das Thema gewechselt. Was sich ändert, ist das Verhalten eines Verschleißteils. Papier ist am Tag des Einbaus am durchlässigsten und wird von da an stetig dichter, ohne dass sich ablesen ließe, wie weit dieser Prozess fortgeschritten ist, bevor es entsorgt wird. Gewebtes Polyester kommt bei der Wartung heraus, wird freigeblasen und geht anschließend wieder ein, so wie es im Neuzustand war – wodurch der Ansaugwiderstand zu etwas wird, das man zurücksetzt, statt es zu verbrauchen.
Pflege und Reinigung
Die routinemäßige Wartung des PM210S erfolgt mit Druckluft. Halten Sie die Leitung an die saubere Seite und blasen Sie nach außen, sodass das, was das Gewebe zurückgehalten hat, auf demselben Weg wieder austritt, auf dem es eingedrungen ist. Wo eine Saison einen Film hinterlassen hat, den Luft allein nicht löst, hilft handwarmes Wasser mit etwas mildem Reinigungsmittel, gespült, bis das Wasser klar bleibt. Lassen Sie es anschließend so lange in bewegter Luft, bis es vollständig trocken ist – kein Heißluftgebläse, kein Heizkörper, keine offene Flamme, denn Hitze ist der einzige Faktor, der ein Polyester-Element vorzeitig zerstört. Passgenauigkeit & Kompatibilität
