Die SS 450 gehört seit 2023 zum CFMOTO-Sortiment, ein Jahr länger als die übrigen Maschinen, die sich ihren Luftfilterkasten teilen, was bedeutet, dass die frühesten Exemplare bereits den Punkt erreicht haben, an dem das ursprüngliche Luftfilterelement fällig wird. Bei diesem ersten Wechsel wird die eigentliche Entscheidung getroffen, meist ohne große Überlegung: ein weiteres Papier-Panel wird eingebaut, und derselbe Termin kehrt einige Services später wieder. Es ist der einzige Punkt im Plan, an dem eine andere Entscheidung die Wiederholung beendet, statt sie neu zu starten.

Der erste Wechsel entscheidet über den Rest
In den ersten Luftfilterwechsel fließt sehr wenig Überlegung. Die Werkstatt hat ein Teil auf Lager, die Zeile auf der Rechnung ist klein, und die Maschine verlässt die Werkstatt genau so, wie sie ankam – also passiert beim nächsten Intervall dasselbe, und beim übernächsten auch. Die Alternative kostet am Tag selbst mehr und danach nichts mehr. Sie ändert auch, wer entscheidet, wann der Kasten geöffnet wird: Ein Besitzer, der ein Element reinigen kann, öffnet den Luftfilterkasten aus Neugier, während ein Besitzer, der erst eins kaufen muss, darauf wartet, dass der Plan es vorschreibt.
Der Verlauf eines Intervalls
Ein Wegwerf-Panel leistet in seinen ersten Wochen seine beste Arbeit und in seinen letzten seine schlechteste, und der Rückgang zwischen diesen beiden Punkten ist so allmählich, dass kein Fahrer ihn spürt. Auch an der Maschine meldet ihn nichts. Ein waschbares Element beseitigt diese Kurve nicht; es erlaubt Ihnen, sie neu zu starten, wann immer Sie möchten, was die ehrliche Version dessen ist, was dieses Teil leistet. Es wird eine Serien-SS 450 nicht spürbar schneller machen – ein Serienmotor wird von einem Luftfilterkasten, einer Drosselklappe und einer Abstimmung versorgt, die CFMOTO als ein zusammengehöriges Set abgenommen hat –, und kein Filter schreibt das um. Was es bietet, ist weniger Zeit am falschen Ende des Intervalls.
Pflege und Reinigung
Erst Luft, Wasser nur bei Bedarf. Richten Sie die Druckluftleitung auf die saubere Seite und arbeiten Sie über das Panel, sodass die Ablagerungen auf dem Weg austreten, auf dem sie hereinkamen. Ist das Gewebe ölig, lösen lauwarmes Wasser mit einer kleinen Menge mildem Reinigungsmittel es; anschließend gründlich spülen. Danach hängt alles vom richtigen Trocknen ab: nur Luft, keinerlei Wärmequelle, und kein Wiedereinbau, bevor das Gewebe vollständig trocken ist.
