Die übliche Alternative zu einem Papier-Panel ist geölte Baumwolle, und es lohnt sich, klar zu sagen, warum der Sprint Filter P08 in der CFMOTO CL-X 300 nicht das ist. Geöltes Gewebe hängt von einer Beschichtung ab: Sie muss ausgewaschen, getrocknet, nachgeölt und zum Verteilen stehen gelassen werden, bevor das Element wieder eingesetzt wird, und wie gut es filtert, hängt davon ab, ob all das korrekt gemacht wurde. Der P08 trägt überhaupt keine Beschichtung. Er ist trockenes Gewebe und verhält sich bei der zehnten Reinigung genauso wie bei der ersten.

Warum die Beschichtung fehlt
Ein geöltes Element muss korrekt gewartet werden, um korrekt zu filtern, und das ist eine echte Bedingung und kein Detail. Zu wenig Öl, und das Gewebe lässt durch, was es eigentlich zurückhalten sollte; zu viel, und es kann mit der Ansaugluft weiter zu Bauteilen wandern, die es nie erreichen sollten. An einer einspritzenden Maschine mit Sensoren, die stromabwärts des Kastens messen, ist das ein Risiko ohne Gegenwert. Ein trockenes Gewebe kennt diesen Fehlermodus nicht: nichts, das falsch aufgetragen werden kann, nichts, das wandert. Das verkürzt auch die Arbeit – reinigen, trocknen, einsetzen, ohne auf Öl warten zu müssen.
Die Filterwerte richtig lesen
Der Vergleich von Sprint Filter weist dem P08 93,13 Prozent Rückhaltung bei 100-Mikron-Partikeln zu, während vierlagige geölte Baumwolle 76,42 Prozent erreicht. Beides sind Anteile, denn kein Filter ist eine Wand. Der Rest der Reihe bewegt sich in die andere Richtung: feinere Medien fangen mehr auf und lassen weniger durch, was eine Abwägung ist, keine Rangfolge. Und eine Warnung davor, zu viel hineinzulesen: Ein Einsteckfilter macht eine Serien-CL-X 300 nicht spürbar stärker. Er hält den Ansaugtrakt in einem bekannten Zustand, was ein anderer und deutlich bescheidenerer Anspruch ist.
Pflege und Reinigung
Richten Sie Druckluft auf die saubere Seite und lassen Sie sie den Schmutz durch die Fläche zurückdrücken, die ihn aufgefangen hat. Hat sich Staub mit Ölnebel zu einem Film verbunden, lösen warmes Wasser mit etwas mildem Reinigungsmittel ihn; vollständig ausspülen. Das Trocknen ist der Schritt, der Geduld erfordert: nur Luft, bei Raumtemperatur, so lange es dauert. Keine Heißluftpistole, kein Heizkörper, keine Flamme, und nichts kommt feucht zurück in den Luftfilterkasten. Das Wartungsblatt für den PM227S finden Sie im Tab „Downloads".
