Geschweißt, nicht geklemmt
Ein Federhaken muss an das Rohr selbst — einen anderen Platz gibt es nicht. Spark liefert den Haken blank, damit ein Aufbauer ihn genau dort setzen kann, wo die Verbindung ihn braucht: meist zwei Rohrdurchmesser hinter der Trennfuge, auf beiden Hälften.
Wohin er kommt
Direkt gegenüber seinem Partner und weit genug von der Trennfuge, dass die Feder die beiden Hälften zusammenzieht statt seitlich zu verspannen. Falsch gesetzt verkantet die Verbindung unter Zug und wird an einer Kante undicht.
Beide Haken heften, die Verbindung mit Federn zusammensetzen, die Flucht prüfen — und erst dann sauber verschweißen.
Edelstahl auf Edelstahl
Der Haken ist AISI 304 wie das Rohrwerk, schweißt also mit demselben Zusatz und verhält sich unter Wärme gleich. Die Titanausführung SGATT037 gibt es für Titananlagen, wo ein Stahlhaken das falsche Metall am Rohr wäre.
Wie viele
Vier je Verbindung: zwei auf jeder Hälfte. Eine Anlage mit drei Steckverbindungen braucht zwölf, und bei so geringem Stückpreis sind sie der günstigste Teil eines trennbaren Auspuffs.
