Rechteckig heißt rechteckig
Nichts Rundes passt in ein rechteckiges Gehäuse, und ein rechteckiger Einsatz hat zwei Maße richtig zu treffen statt eines. 59,8 mal 35,8 ist der Sitz; 41,3 mal 15,3 ist das, was das Gas bekommt.
Diese Innenöffnung ist ein Schlitz und kein Loch, und sie ist in einer Achse bewusst schmal. Eine hohe schmale Öffnung bietet dem Gas pro Flächeneinheit mehr Wand als eine runde — und daher kommt die Dämpfung bei einem Einsatz ohne Lochung.
Der lange
Spark baut zwei rechteckige Einsätze. Dies ist die 150-mm-Fassung mit der kleineren Öffnung; G9920 ist 70 mm lang mit einer deutlich größeren. Sie sind keine Alternativen für dieselbe Aufgabe — der lange, schmale nimmt weit mehr Geräusch heraus.
Prüfen Sie vor der Bestellung die verfügbare Länge im Gehäuse. Hundertfünfzig Millimeter Einsatz brauchen hundertfünfzig Millimeter geraden Abschnitt hinter dem Austritt.
Welche Schalldämpfer
Sparks rechteckige Familie, die über die Jahre an Ducati und an mehreren Sportmotorrädern verbaut wurde. Wenn Sie einen Einsatz zu einem vorhandenen Gehäuse suchen, sind die Sitzmaße die verlässliche Prüfung: Messen Sie die Austrittsöffnung in beiden Achsen.
Eine ältere Familie, weiterhin geführt
Die rechteckigen Gehäuse sind nicht das, was Spark heute überwiegend baut, und dass beide Einsätze in der Preisliste 2026 stehen, ist der nützliche Teil. Ein Auspuff einer früheren Generation bleibt instandsetzbar.
