Eine Ecke in einer Kammer
Bei siebzig Millimetern führt ein rechter Winkel kein Gas — er dreht ein Volumen. Vorschalldämpfer-Boxen, Expansionskammern und die großen Abschnitte einer Eigenbauanlage müssen gelegentlich um einen Heckrahmen oder eine Federbeinaufnahme herum die Richtung wechseln, und in weniger Raum geht es nicht.
Das Schwerste im Programm zu formen
Großer Durchmesser, dünne Wand, maximaler Winkel. Jeder Faktor, der ein Rohr unter der Biegemaschine zusammenfallen lässt, ist hier am ungünstigsten — deshalb ist ein geformter Neunziger bei siebzig Millimetern ein Spezialteil und nichts, was ein Aufbauer nebenbei herstellt.
Das Versagen ist eine gefaltete innere Ferse: Das Material knickt statt sich zu strecken, der Querschnitt ist an der Wende dauerhaft kleiner, und nichts holt das zurück.
Pappe vor Geld
Mit den geraden Enden belegt dieser Bogen einen Würfel von rund zweihundert Millimetern Kantenlänge. Schneiden Sie den Umriss aus fester Pappe und halten Sie ihn an die vorgesehene Stelle — bei einem Teil dieser Größe ersetzt eine Zeichnung den echten Platzbedarf nicht.
An eine flache Fläche anschließen
Eine Box um diesen Durchmesser trifft irgendwo auf ein Blech: ein Schott, eine Montagefläche, eine Endkappe. Ein großes Rohr rechtwinklig auf eine Fläche zu bringen ist Schablonenarbeit und keine Augenmaßarbeit — Papier wickeln, anreißen, schneiden, trocken prüfen.
Transportschäden
Ein großer dünner Bogen ist der Artikel, der am ehesten verbeult ankommt. Prüfen Sie beide geraden Enden beim Auspacken mit dem Messschieber in zwei Achsen, bevor etwas geschnitten wird — ein unrund geliefertes Teil ist rücksendbar und nach dem Kürzen wertlos.
