An der Ducati Panigale V4 ist die Hinterradbremse ein Präzisionsinstrument – sie formt Ihre Linie, balanciert das Fahrwerk und belastet den Reifen für den Kurvenausgang. Die SICOM DMC Carbon-Keramik-Hinterradbremsscheibe in T-Drive-Spezifikation (245x6mm) liefert vom allerersten Einsatz an sofortigen, fein dosierbaren Biss, kalt oder nass, ganz ohne die Temperaturabhängigkeit, die herkömmliche Gussscheiben plagt. Entwickelt in einem 15-jährigen Testprogramm, steckt hier ganztägiges Vertrauen in die Hinterradbremse in einem einzigen leichten Bauteil.
Die wichtigsten Merkmale

DMC-Carbon-Keramik – ohne Kompromisse
Das Double Matrix Composite von SICOM ist keine Beschichtung oder Oberflächenbehandlung – es ist die Scheibe selbst. Kurze Carbonfasern werden in eine Carbon-Graphit-Matrix eingebettet und unter Druck verdichtet, wodurch ein Werkstoff entsteht, der gleichzeitig steif, leicht und thermisch stabil ist. Das Ergebnis ist ein Bremsgefühl, das über den gesamten Betriebsbereich einer straßen- und streckentauglichen V4 konstant bleibt: von kalten Aufwärmrunden am Morgen bis zur anhaltenden Hitze wiederholter harter Bremsungen. Thermoschockbeständigkeit bedeutet, dass die Scheibe schnelle Temperaturwechsel ohne Mikrorisse oder Verzug verkraftet, und die werkstoffbedingte Korrosionsbeständigkeit der Carbon-Keramik-Matrix verhindert den Oberflächenrost, der das Bremsgefühl bei Stahlscheiben schon nach einer einzigen nassen Fahrt beeinträchtigt.
Ultraleichtes Heck – spürbare Agilität
Die Reduzierung der rotierenden Masse am Hinterrad verändert nicht nur das Bremsverhalten, sondern das gesamte Fahrverhalten der Panigale V4. Mit etwa 400 g spart die SICOM-Hinterradbremsscheibe mehr als 500 g gegenüber der Original-Scheibe. Weniger rotierende Masse bedeutet geringeren Kreiselwiderstand, schnellere Richtungswechsel, leichteres Einlenken und ein unmittelbareres Beschleunigungsgefühl aus Kurven heraus. Fahrer, die die Hinterradbremse aktiv durch Schikanen oder zur Fahrwerksstabilisierung in der Kurvenmitte einsetzen, spüren diese Reduzierung bei jeder Fahrt.
T-Drive Konstruktion
Die T-Drive Trägergeometrie verteilt die Bremslasten effizient über die Schnittstelle zwischen Scheibe und Nabe und minimiert Spannungsspitzen bei harter oder wiederholter Bremsung. Der Flansch wird 5-Achs-CNC aus massivem Aluminium-Rohling gefräst und mit einer schwarz eloxierten Oberflächenbehandlung versehen, die Salz, Wasser und Hitze widersteht. Eine Scheibendicke von 6 mm und die geringe Wärmeausdehnung des DMC-Compounds halten die Scheibe auch bei anhaltendem Streckeneinsatz dimensionsstabil. Das komplette Kit wird mit speziell auf die Carbon-Keramik-Oberfläche abgestimmten Hochleistungs-Sinterbelägen geliefert, sodass das System als abgestimmte Einheit einbaufertig ist.
