Beschlagen ist genau das Sichtproblem, das sich verschlimmert, wenn Sie am meisten sehen müssen – an kalten Morgen, bei Regen oder im Stop-and-go-Verkehr. Eine PINLOCK-EVO-Scheibe ist die wirksamste Antwort darauf, und sie ist eine mechanische Lösung statt einer Beschichtung, die sich mit der Zeit abnutzt.
So funktioniert es
Die Scheibe sitzt im Inneren Ihres Visiers, gehalten von zwei exzentrischen Stiften, und eine Silikondichtung an ihrem Rand versiegelt sie gegen die Visieroberfläche. Dadurch entsteht eine dünne, isolierende Luftschicht zwischen den beiden Scheiben. Da die innere Scheibe nie so kalt wird wie die äußere, hat warme, feuchte Atemluft keine kalte Fläche, an der sie kondensieren könnte. Es ist dasselbe Prinzip wie bei einer Doppelverglasung und wirkt innerhalb von Sekunden, ohne Aufwärmzeit zu benötigen.
Montage
Nehmen Sie das Visier vom Helm ab, biegen Sie es ganz leicht durch und setzen Sie die Scheibe auf die Stifte – die Silikondichtung erledigt den Rest. Eine Montageanleitung liegt bei. Wenn sich Kondenswasser zwischen den Scheiben bildet, sitzt die Dichtung nicht richtig: Nehmen Sie die Scheibe heraus, reinigen Sie beide Oberflächen und setzen Sie sie erneut ein.

Pflege
Die innere Anti-Beschlag-Oberfläche ist empfindlicher als das Visier selbst. Spülen Sie sie mit lauwarmem Wasser ab und lassen Sie sie trocknen, oder tupfen Sie sie vorsichtig ab – reiben Sie sie nicht mit einem Tuch trocken und verwenden Sie keine lösungsmittelhaltigen Reiniger, da beides die Beschichtung beschädigt. Bei sachgemäßer Handhabung hält die Scheibe so lange wie das Visier.

Aus hygienischen Gründen sind Pinlock-Scheiben nach Öffnen der Verpackung von Umtausch und Rückgabe ausgeschlossen.
