In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Aprilia Racing entwickelt, wird der SC-Project SC1-R Slip-On-Endschalldämpfer für die Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory (2021-2024) aus denselben kompromisslosen Materialien und Fertigungsverfahren gebaut, die auch das MotoGP-Fahrerlager beliefern. Ein Titan-Gehäuse, eine hydrogeformte Endkappe aus Carbon und eine WIG-geschweißte Konstruktion sorgen für einen messbaren Leistungsgewinn bei gleichzeitiger Gewichtsersparnis von 1 kg gegenüber dem Serienteil — und das bei vollständiger Euro-5-Straßenzulassung.

Leistungsgewinn
Der SC1-R ist weit mehr als ein kosmetisches Upgrade. Unabhängige Tests an der Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory zeigen einen Gewinn von +1,8 hp bei 13.000 U/min und +1,4 Nm Drehmoment bei 7.500 U/min gegenüber dem serienmäßigen Schalldämpfer. Die Leistungsentfaltung wird über den gesamten Drehzahlbereich von 5.000 bis 13.000 U/min verbessert, was das Ansprechverhalten am Kurvenausgang schärft und den kraftvollen Schub im oberen Drehzahlbereich verstärkt, der den Charakter der RSV4 ausmacht. Die komplette Einheit wiegt 4,6 kg gegenüber 5,6 kg beim Serienteil — eine Reduzierung um 1 kg, die die Massenzentralisierung und Agilität des Motorrads verbessert.
Klangcharakter
Der SC1-R erzeugt einen tiefen, satten V4-Sound, der jede Fahrt bereichert, ohne in unangenehme Lautstärkebereiche vorzudringen. Der Ton ist bei niedrigem Tempo betont zurückhaltend-kraftvoll und steigert sich bei höheren Drehzahlen zu einem echten Racing-Soundtrack — stets innerhalb der nach Euro 5 zulässigen Geräuschpegel. Verarbeitung und Materialqualität
SC-Project fertigt den SC1-R in Italien nach Produktionsstandards, die direkt aus den WorldSBK- und MotoGP-Programmen des Herstellers stammen. Das Titan-Gehäuse wird von Hand geformt und WIG-geschweißt, wodurch jede Einheit eine charakteristische gebürstete Metalloberfläche erhält, die im Laufe der Zeit eine eigene Patina entwickelt. Die hydrogeformte Carbon-Endkappe wird in einem Hochdruck-Umformverfahren hergestellt, das eine gleichmäßige Wandstärke sicherstellt und Schwachstellen an spannungsbelasteten Bereichen eliminiert. Der mitgelieferte Carbon-Hitzeschild ist auf demselben Niveau gefertigt und wird ohne Modifikation an den Original-Befestigungspunkten montiert.
