Die Carbonfaser-Endkappe wird nach der hauseigenen Spezifikation von SC-Project gelegt und ausgehärtet und bildet einen Hitzeschild, der den Titankörper ergänzt und die kompromisslose optische Identität werkseitiger Superbike-Maschinen vermittelt. Leistung & Sound
Die Kombination aus dem S1-Kanister und dem Titan-Katalysator-Ersatzrohr verwandelt den Abgasweg der ZX-10 R/RR in eine gerade, optimierte Strömungsführung. Das Entfernen des Katalysators reduziert den Abgasgegendruck, setzt zusätzliche Leistung über den gesamten Drehzahlbereich frei und schärft das Ansprechverhalten — Effekte, die sich durch ein auf die neue Abgascharakteristik abgestimmtes ECU-Remapping noch verstärken. Der 70-mm-Auslass erzeugt einen tiefen, aggressiven Racing-Sound mit 124 dB bei 7.000 U/min; ein dB-Killer ist nicht enthalten, da dieses System ausschließlich für den Einsatz auf geschlossenen Rennstrecken konzipiert ist, wo keine Geräuschgrenzwerte gelten.
