Euro-5-Straßenzulassung und echtes, aus der Superbike-Weltmeisterschaft (WSBK) stammendes Engineering – der SC-Project S1 Slip-On für die Yamaha YZF-R1/M RN65 (2020-2026) ist einer jener seltenen Schalldämpfer, die volle Rechtskonformität liefern, ohne bei Leistung oder Sound auch nur den geringsten Kompromiss einzugehen. Komplett aus Titan gefertigt und nach EC- und TÜV-Normen zertifiziert, bietet Ihnen der S1 einen messbaren Leistungszuwachs, einen tiefen Racing-Sound und ein Kit, das sich ohne ECU-Remapping direkt anschrauben lässt.

Homologation und rechtliche Konformität
Der S1 verfügt über eine offizielle EC- und TÜV-Zulassung und erfüllt vollständig die Euro-5-Emissions- und Lärmvorschriften. Der mitgelieferte dB-Killer bringt den Sound innerhalb der gesetzlichen Grenzwerte für den öffentlichen Straßenverkehr, ohne dabei den tiefen, druckvollen Klang zu verlieren, der das Renn-Erbe von SC-Project ausmacht. Die Homologationskarte liegt bei, sodass die Papiere von Anfang an in Ordnung sind.
Anders als viele Performance-Anlagen, die eine Entscheidung zwischen Straßenzulassung und echtem Charakter erzwingen, bietet der S1 beides zugleich. Entfernen Sie den dB-Killer für den Einsatz auf abgesperrten Strecken, und der Charakter der Vollmaterial-Titankonstruktion tritt sofort deutlich hervor.
Leistung und Engineering
Die Motorsportabteilung von SC-Project setzt seit Jahren Auspuffanlagen in der Superbike-Weltmeisterschaft ein, und die Architektur des S1 spiegelt dieses Erbe direkt wider. Das Verbindungsrohr aus Vollmaterial-Titan schafft eine gerade, ungehinderte Verbindung zum OE-Katalysator, weshalb keine Neuprogrammierung nötig ist – die Strömungsgeometrie ist auf das serienmäßige Kraftstoffkennfeld abgestimmt. Das Ergebnis sind konstante +1,4 PS bei 12.000 U/min und eine Drehmomentsteigerung von +1,1 Nm bei 12.250 U/min – genau dort, wo der Crossplane-Reihenvierzylinder des R1 am stärksten gefordert ist.
Hydroforming-Technologie formt die Rohre ohne Nähte oder Schweißstellen an belasteten Punkten, und jede Verbindung ist mit WIG-Schweißnähten für langfristige Haltbarkeit unter anhaltender Hochtemperaturbelastung ausgeführt. Der im Kit enthaltene Carbon-Hitzeschild schützt umliegende Verkleidungsteile und Fahrerausrüstung vor den erhöhten Temperaturen, die Titan im Betrieb erzeugt.
Materialien und Verarbeitung
Das Schalldämpfergehäuse besteht komplett aus Titan – nicht aus titanbeschichtetem Stahl – und wurde wegen seines herausragenden Verhältnisses von Festigkeit zu Gewicht sowie seiner Beständigkeit gegen Korrosion und Hitzeverfärbung über die Zeit gewählt. Die Endkappe aus Carbon wird mit demselben Präzisionswerkzeug gefertigt, das auch für den reinen Rennstrecken-Katalog von SC-Project verwendet wird, und verleiht eine visuelle Signatur, die sofort erkennbar und strukturell integriert statt rein dekorativ ist.
Zusammen bilden Titan, Carbon und hydrogeformte Rohre den Maßstab von SC-Project für Design und Leistung im straßenzugelassenen Slip-On-Segment.
