Komplett aus Titan gefertigt, geschweißt und veredelt, entfernt dieser Slip-On-Schalldämpfer 2,51 kg vom Heck Ihrer GSX-R 1000, schärft das Ansprechverhalten und entfesselt einen rohen, ungefilterten MotoGP-Sound – ausschließlich für den Einsatz auf der Rennstrecke konzipiert.

SC-Project hat den GP70-R direkt aus dem Engagement in den höchsten Klassen des Motorradrennsports heraus entwickelt, und diese Herkunft zeigt sich in jeder Design-Entscheidung. Die komplette Bauweise aus Titan ist keine rein kosmetische Entscheidung, sondern ein echtes Upgrade zur Massenzentralisierung, das die GSX-R 1000 beim Einlenken leichter und in der Kurvenmitte spürbar agiler wirken lässt. Die optimierte Abgasführung wirkt im Zusammenspiel mit dem Ø70-mm-Auslass und verbessert die Zylinderspülung – genau daraus resultieren die gemessenen Zuwächse von +3,6 PS und +2,6 Nm bei 9.500 U/min. Bei einem Superbike, das ohnehin hochdrehend ist, überträgt sich diese Mehrleistung im oberen Drehzahlbereich direkt in höhere Ausgangsgeschwindigkeiten aus der Kurve und einen druckvolleren Antritt auf der Geraden.
Verarbeitungsqualität & Materialien
Jeder GP70-R-Schalldämpfer wird vom Einlassring bis zur Endkappe aus Titan in Luftfahrtqualität gefertigt. CNC-gefräste Titanhülsen positionieren den Topf spielfrei auf dem Mittelrohr, und die WIG-Schweißnähte verbinden jede Fügestelle mit einer Nahtqualität, die zugleich ein optisches Statement ist. Der Ø70-mm-Auslass ist mit dem lasergravierten SC-Project-Logo versehen, wodurch das Bauteil sofort als Rennkomponente in Werksspezifikation erkennbar ist und nicht als gewöhnliches Nachrüstteil wirkt. Der Titankörper entwickelt bei Gebrauch seine eigene, hitzeblaue Patina – ein Merkmal, das bei jedem Schalldämpfer einzigartig ist und sich mit Edelstahl nicht nachbilden lässt.
Dieser Schalldämpfer wird ohne dB-Killer-Einsatz geliefert. Das Ergebnis ist ein Sound, der tief, mechanisch und völlig ungefiltert ist – genau das, was eine Rennstrecke verlangt, und völlig ungeeignet für den öffentlichen Straßenverkehr.

Die Passform nutzt den werkseitigen Anschlusspunkt am Mittelrohr. Die mitgelieferte Titan-Rohrverbindung, Montagefedern und Befestigungselemente ermöglichen eine unkomplizierte Montage ohne Spezialwerkzeug. Wie bei allen Rennauspuffanlagen von SC-Project wird ein ECU-Remapping oder eine Power-Commander-Kalibrierung empfohlen, um die Leistungssteigerung voll auszuschöpfen.
Wichtiger Hinweis
Diese Auspuffanlage verfügt über keine Straßenzulassung und wird ohne Schalldämpfungseinsatz geliefert. Sie ist ausschließlich für den Renneinsatz auf abgesperrten Strecken und für Trackdays konzipiert. Die Montage dieses Schalldämpfers an einem straßenzugelassenen Motorrad kann dazu führen, dass das Fahrzeug den örtlichen Lärm- und Abgasvorschriften nicht mehr entspricht. Der Fahrer trägt die volle Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften.
