Gefertigt aus präzisionsgefrästem Aluminium, handverschweißtem Titan und — je nach Ausführung — handgelegter Carbonfaser, steht der SC-Project GP70-R Slip-On mit Titan-De-Cat-Verbindungsrohr für die kompromissloseste Auspufflösung, die das Unternehmen für die Yamaha YZF-R1 und YZF-R1M der RN49-Generation anbietet. Jede Verbindung, jede Schweißnaht und jede CNC-gefräste Muffe folgt einem Fertigungsstandard, der direkt aus dem MotoGP-Programm von SC-Project stammt — verpackt in einer Lösung, die allein 6,2 kg vom Auspuffsystem Ihrer Maschine nimmt.

Die Titan-Variante trägt ein lasergraviertes SC-Project-Logo, das auch bei Hitzeeinwirkung nicht verblasst, während die Carbon-Version mit einer handgenieteten Racing-Plakette ausgestattet ist, die dem Endtopf eine unverkennbare Boxengassen-Optik verleiht. Diese Auspuffanlage ist ausschließlich für den Wettbewerbseinsatz auf abgesperrten Strecken konzipiert. Sie verfügt über keine Straßenzulassung und darf nicht auf öffentlichen Straßen verwendet werden. Das System entfernt den Katalysator; der Einsatz auf öffentlichen Straßen ist untersagt.
