Entwickelt auf Basis der Moto2-Meisterschaftstechnik und verfeinert für das Lieblings-Superbike des Street Fighters, liefert der SC-Project CR-T Slip-On-Schalldämpfer für die Honda CBR 1000 RR-R SC82 (2020-2023) einen messbaren Zuwachs an Spitzenleistung, eine drastische Reduzierung der ungefederten Masse und einen rohen, streckenorientierten Sound, der die Fireblade schon beim ersten Gasstoß von der Masse abhebt.

Moto2-Technologie für Ihre Fireblade
SC-Project hat den CR-T mit denselben TIG-Schweißverfahren und Materialien aus der Luft- und Raumfahrt entwickelt, die auch in den Moto2-Auspuffprogrammen zum Einsatz kommen. Jede Schweißnaht, jede gefräste Fläche und jedes Gramm des fertigen Schalldämpfers spiegelt diesen Rennsport-Anspruch wider. Das Ergebnis ist ein Auspuff, der nicht nur danach aussieht, sondern auch das Fahrgefühl der CBR 1000 RR-R spürbar verändert. Die Reduzierung von 2,3 kg im Heckbereich senkt den Schwerpunkt, beschleunigt Richtungswechsel und lässt die Fahrwerksgeometrie der SC82 so arbeiten, wie es die Fireblade-Ingenieure vorgesehen haben.
Sound, Durchfluss und Bauweise
Ohne montierten dB-Killer erreicht der CR-T 118 dB bei 5.500 U/min — ein tiefer, aggressiver Vollgas-Sound mit dem Charakter einer Werks-MotoGP-Maschine statt eines gewöhnlichen Nachrüstschalldämpfers. Der 70-mm-Auslass ist keine reine Stilfrage, sondern gezielt so dimensioniert, dass der drehfreudige Reihenvierzylinder der SC82 im oberen Drehzahlbereich frei atmen kann. Die Titan-Endkappe mit Flammgitter rundet das Gesamtbild ab und verbindet Wärmemanagement mit einer Optik, die auf der Rennstrecke sofort erkennbar ist.
Die Carbon-Variante (H35A-T36C) bietet außergewöhnliche Hitzebeständigkeit und eine aggressive Optik, die perfekt zu den scharfen Karosserielinien der Fireblade passt. Die Titan-Variante (H35A-T36T) setzt konsequent auf maximale Gewichtsreduzierung und Langlebigkeit im dauerhaften Streckeneinsatz. Beide Varianten teilen sich identische CNC-gefräste Titan-Buchsen und durchgängig TIG-geschweißte Verbindungen.
Passgenauigkeit und Kompatibilität
Dieser Slip-On-Schalldämpfer wurde speziell für die Honda CBR 1000 RR-R SC82 entwickelt, die zwischen 2020 und 2023 gebaut wurde. Die Verbindung erfolgt über das mitgelieferte Titan-Verbindungsrohr, ohne dass Änderungen am serienmäßigen Krümmer nötig sind.
