Diese Puig Kotflügelverlängerung hinten wird über das serienmäßige Schutzblech der Husqvarna Norden 901 (2022–2026) montiert und sorgt genau dort für einen echten Spritzschutz-Effekt am Hinterrad, wo er am dringendsten gebraucht wird – so bleibt die Unterseite des Bikes Fahrt für Fahrt sauberer.

Im Gegensatz zu einem rein optischen Unterheck-Kotflügel ist diese Verlängerung als funktionaler Spritzschutz hinten konzipiert und schützt den originalen Kotflügel, das Federbein-Umlenkhebelsystem und die Elektrik vor aufgewirbeltem Schlamm, Wasser und Schmutz. Die ABS-Schale übersteht die Erschütterungen, die bei echtem Trail-Einsatz entstehen, während die mattschwarze Oberfläche nie wie nachträglich angebaut wirkt.
Hinweise zur Montage
Die Verlängerung wird über dem Serienkotflügel montiert und mit den im Kit von Puig mitgelieferten Schrauben befestigt. Für die Montage müssen Löcher in das originale Kotflügelbauteil gebohrt werden, es handelt sich also um eine dauerhafte Veränderung und nicht um ein Clip-on-Zubehörteil.
