Dies ist kein reines Show-Zubehör für die Rennstrecke – es ist eine wirklich nützliche Kotflügelverlängerung hinten für Fahrer, die ihre 700MT tagtäglich nutzen. Durch die Erweiterung der Abdeckung des Original-Kotflügels fungiert sie zugleich als Spritzschutz und Schmutzfänger hinten und reduziert die Verschmutzung, die sich mit der Zeit rund um Heckpartie, Kette und Hinterradaufhängung ansammelt. Weniger Schmutz bedeutet weniger Reinigung und weniger Verschleiß an umliegenden Teilen.
Hinweise zur Montage
Die Verlängerung wird direkt über dem originalen Kotflügel Ihres Motorrads montiert und mit den von Puig mitgelieferten Schrauben befestigt. Für die Montage müssen Löcher in das Originalteil gebohrt werden, weshalb etwas handwerkliches Geschick erforderlich ist. Puig stellt außerdem eine herunterladbare Montageanleitung mit nützlichen Tipps für eine unkomplizierte Installation bereit.
