Für den Custom-Fahrer entwickelt
Als Teil der eigenen Custom-Designlinie von Puig wurde die Highway Windschutzscheibe gezielt für die entspannte, aufrechte Sitzposition von Cruisern und Custom-Maschinen konzipiert. Anders als eine reine Rennstrecken-Scheibe, die ausschließlich auf geduckte Aerodynamik ausgelegt ist, priorisiert das Highway-Design den Windschutz im Sitzen – kalte Luft, Regen und Gischt werden bei den für einen Cruiser typischen Geschwindigkeiten von Brust und Gesicht ferngehalten. Die 3 mm starke Acrylkonstruktion bietet genau die Steifigkeit, die nötig ist, um bei anhaltender Windlast die Form zu halten, ohne sich zu verbiegen oder ins Blickfeld zu vibrieren.
